Find a comfortable position,

Let your body settle.

Take a slow breath in and exhale gently.

You've done enough for today.

Bring your awareness to your body,

Your face,

Your shoulders,

Your hands.

With each exhale,

Allow the day to soften its grip,

Conversations,

Tasks,

Unfinished thoughts,

They can wait.

You don't need to replay anything right now.

You don't need to prepare for tomorrow.

Let your breath guide you into rest,

Slow,

Easy.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Gently return to the feeling of your breath.

Take one last slow inhale and a long,

Calming exhale.

Rest is allowed,

Sleep is safe.

Stay here as long as you like.
