Remaining mindfully you guided meditation.
Take a couple of deep breaths to bring you into the present moment and into your body.
Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm.
And scanning your body to release any tension that's there.
You can take a couple of deep breaths and sigh.
And as you do so,
Letting go of what's been happening around you before you started this guided meditation.
Opening yourself up to what it means to be mindfully you.
Opening yourself up to what it means to be mindfully you.
Opening yourself up to what it means to be mindfully you.
Opening yourself up to what it means to be mindfully you.
When we're busy listening to others,
We're not following our own hearts.
We don't listen to our own intuition.
Take a moment to see,
To sense any occasions or events where you do this.
Where you get caught up in someone else's story.
Their point of view.
Using your breath to get a sense of how this makes you feel.
And then,
Using your breath to get a sense of how this makes you feel.
Your feelings of inadequacy come up.
You feel insignificant.
You let trust in your own judgment,
In your own decision making.
Using your breath to connect to your body,
And any sensations that might be arising.
You get paralyzed by judgment.
Judgment of others,
Judgment of yourself.
You feel you're always trying to get it right,
But never do.
Gently inhaling,
Gently exhaling as you release,
And let go.
And allowing yourself to see that you're valuable.
You can and be totally who you are,
Mindfully you,
In everything you do.
Sitting here and observing that it's only their point of view,
Not yours,
Doesn't make them right and you wrong.
Doesn't make you right and them wrong.
Enjoying this space of opening up to be mindfully you.
Feeling engaged and present in your life,
In your story.
Getting a sense of trusting yourself.
Feeling confident in who you are,
In who you are,
In who you are,
And in all that you do.
You take the next few moments of just being present in this beautiful space,
Knowing you can come back to it anytime.
Feel mindfully you.
Namaste.
