In this meditation, you are taken through a gentle process that protects your aura, centres you, and brings you to a place of acceptance, peace, and calm. To know that being highly sensitive is a gift to the world. It is you.

Transcript

Take a moment to make sure you're in a comfortable position.

When you're ready,

Closing your eyes,

Take a deep breath in,

Allowing your body to relax as you breathe out.

Feel the busyness of your day melting away as you bring your attention to the present moment.

With each breath,

Release any tension you may still be holding in your body that may still be lingering within you.

Enjoy this sanctuary of peacefulness you are now creating,

One that supports you as a highly sensitive soul.

Now imagine a lovely iridescent bubble of light forming around you to keep you safe,

Protected and shielded from outside energies.

Energies that drain you,

That latch onto you,

That make you feel uncomfortable.

And feel this iridescent bubble of light expanding and enveloping your whole being.

This is your shield.

It is acting as a protective barrier where only positive energies are allowed in.

Love,

Kindness,

Compassion,

Understanding.

Knowing that at the same time it is repelling any negativity,

Any unwanted energies.

Observe how it is filtering and absorbing overwhelming sensations and emotions and transforming them into gentle waves of peacefulness.

Take a lovely breath in and sigh as you release,

Feeling now deeply at ease.

For the next few breaths,

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in energizing energy with a sense of renewal.

And as you exhale,

Imagine releasing and dissolving any blocked energy.

You are now one with your breath,

One with your body,

One with your sensitivity.

Now shift your focus to your heart center.

Again feel the iridescent bubble of light radiating from this space,

From your heart.

It is full of self-love and self-compassion,

Holding you,

Supporting your sensitivity as it holds and soothes your sensitive,

Empathic soul.

You feel nurtured with its tenderness,

Understanding and loving care.

Gently breathing this in as you allow this soft healing light to permeate every part of your body as it restores balance and harmony,

Bringing in peace and calm,

Joy and delight,

Acceptance and gratitude.

As you embrace this beautiful and tender sensitive side of you,

Your sensitivity is to be honored and revered.

It is a gift to the world.

It is you.

It is part of you.

It is time to shine this out into the world,

Knowing that you can call on this protective barrier,

This beautiful iridescent bubble of light at any time.

It is always there for you.

It is there to create a loving space for you to be in and to allow your sensitivity to be fully present and safe.

You will now rest in this deep space of peacefulness for a few moments,

To allow you to connect deeply with this beautiful gift of yours.

As we come to the end of this meditation and prepare ourselves to get back into our day,

Take this peacefulness and wisdom with you,

Knowing that your sensitivity is a gift that allows you to deeply connect with yourself and those around you.

Keep embracing and honoring the beauty it brings to all that you do and above all,

Love being the beautiful sensitive soul that you are.
