We all are intuitive. However, we can become disconnected from our intuition during trauma. This gentle guided meditation will support you in believing in yourself and your intuition again. Healing from trauma takes time. Connecting with your intuition again is part of healing and brings you back into your inner wisdom and knowing. Being able to connect with your intuition helps you live a more fulfilling and expansive life,

Allowing you to tune into your own inner wisdom,

Strength and guidance.

To be able to hear,

Feel or sense,

It is important to quieten the mind and pay attention to your body.

When you're ready,

Let's take a few moments to centre yourself by finding and connecting with your breath and calming your mind.

Do so by focusing on your breathing as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Allow yourself simply to be right in this moment as you feel your body relaxing and allowing any tension or stress to fade away,

Allowing your mind to drop more fully into stillness,

Peace and calm.

Now gently drawing your attention inward,

Taking your focus within as you set the intention to connect with your intuition.

Stay here for a few breaths as you allow yourself to open up and be receptive to receiving any messages,

Images or feeling.

It may take a while,

Be patient and remain open,

As open as you possibly can,

To hearing your inner voice speaking to you.

Feel your focus going more and more inward as you keep releasing everything that is outside of you,

Beginning to see within,

Into this space that is the seat of your intuition,

The seat of support,

Guidance and wisdom.

Trusting what you are sensing,

Feeling,

Hearing or seeing.

Remain the observer without attachment.

Something may be happening,

Something may not.

Remember to be present without judgment,

Simply open,

Sensing and connecting.

Trusting what is happening,

Trusting that even if you're not feeling,

Sensing or seeing anything,

You are connecting with your higher self,

The soul of you.

It may only be a whisper,

It may be easy to hear.

Keep trusting and feeling this inner being that is you,

Enjoying being in this space,

Getting to appreciate who you are,

This loving,

Kind,

Understanding,

Peaceful and knowing,

Intuitive part of you.

Because this is who you are,

This is the heart of your being.

You are intuitive,

You are able to sense something,

Something higher than you.

Now you may wish to ask yourself and your intuition what you need to know in this moment.

Trust that the answer will come,

That you will hear your inner voice,

That you will sense something,

That you will feel.

Just allow yourself to receive whichever way it's meant to come,

Trusting that you will hear your inner voice,

That you will feel or sense your beautiful inner voice.

It may come now,

It also may come later,

But just know something is happening.

Trust,

Connecting with your intuition,

Even if it may not feel like it right now.

Allow any thoughts,

Feelings or images to come up naturally.

Simply observe them and let them go,

Remaining open and receptive and simply being,

Being within.

We'll sit quietly for the next few moments as you keep tuning in,

Listening and being with whatever arises.

Trust that the guidance you receive will be exactly what you need,

Even if it doesn't make sense right now.

When you're ready,

Take a lovely deep breath in as you gently bring your awareness back to your physical body,

Into the space you're in and into the present moment,

Saying to yourself,

I am wise,

Intuitive and connected to my inner guidance.

I trust and act on my intuition and the messages I receive.

As you get ready to move back into your day,

Give thanks for any messages or insights you may have received.

This is just the beginning.

Remember to be patient and kind to yourself as you learn to trust and act on your intuition as it becomes a natural part of your daily life.

Namaste.
