This is Breathing Broadcast,

Broadcasting breathing practices,

Meditations.

This meditation practice,

And all things breathing,

Can be applied seated at the edge of a firm chair with your heels underneath your knees,

Seated on the floor,

Perhaps with the support of a block or a bolster underneath your hips,

Or a firm folded blanket.

You can be standing with your feet parallel,

Grounding underneath your hip joints.

Breathe through your nose,

Gradually expand the breath,

Initiating at the low ribs in the back.

Let the lungs slowly fill,

And when the inhale reaches the top of the lungs,

Gently press your collarbones down into the top of your chest.

Release the exhale up the center line of the body,

Naturally,

Easefully.

When you are in the presence of a being,

A person,

It causes you to feel a deep sense of nowness,

Where you forget any past wrongdoings.

This being has triggered the great power of humanness in you,

The ability to be fully present,

Disregarding the past,

And not projecting into the future,

Seeing the tenderness of a loving pet,

Or the merriment of eye contact with another person,

Non-verbal,

Equal knowing,

No need to speak.

It can feel as though you're coming home,

When you spend time in the presence of a being like this,

To apply this same logic,

This same sensation,

Skill,

Of present moment awareness,

Unconditional acceptance,

Inward.

Begin to focus your attention in the heart space,

Expand the space behind the heart,

And drop a line straight down to the base of your pelvis,

Release that line down into the core of the earth,

Anchor into the lava at the core,

And from the back of your heart,

Bend two bright lines of light and energy up into the infinite space above you,

Do the same at the back of the skull,

Feel connected to the planet that births all beings,

Feel connected to the atmosphere which sustains them,

Breathe slowly through your nose,

Imagine all of the space surrounding your heart,

Is glowing in gold light,

Being bathed in unconditional love,

Breathe on,

We are one.
