Welcome,
I'm Truly Eleanor,
A writer and healer with almost two decades of experience and a Reiki teacher since 2010.
Today we'll be working with the archetype of Aphrodite to activate and align your sacral chakra to free your creativity and reconnect with your own sacred space.
To get started,
We are simply going to close our eyes.
Take some breaths to get into the body.
It is through our body that we experience healing.
We can heal on an energetic level,
But if we are not in our body,
Or aware of our body,
Or aligned with our physical body.
We are not able to experience our wholeness,
Our mind-body-spirit connection.
And so Aphrodite today will assist us to really be in our body.
And I see the movement of the hips.
The sacral chakra is about sensuality,
Creativity,
Power,
Relationships,
Sexuality.
Our identity as we go out into the world and express ourselves through sensuality,
Creativity,
How we show up in the world,
How we interact with others,
How we join with others physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Spiritually,
Energetically.
We will be talking about entwining ourselves and entangling ourselves versus connecting with others.
The process of interdependence as opposed to dependence or as opposed to overly independent.
We will look at all of these energies today as Aphrodite guides us and helps us to release Anything we are carrying in the sacral chakra,
The womb,
The energetic space where we hold ourselves and others in love,
In creativity.
This is where we may feel the seeds of loneliness.
And so we will be sprouting.
The tree of connection to help you to bridge the gap and lessen your loneliness in a spiritual sense that will come forward through the body to help you feel more whole in your body,
More of a sense of belonging and control and power over your own creation,
Over your own creator mode.
So continue to feel into the body.
This is merely just observing the body as a whole,
Starting from the bottom of the feet and scanning the body.
With a loving gaze,
With an accepting,
Gentle,
Whisper.
Of a breeze.
Running up through the body.
Brushing the body with a light feather.
This feather is our observation.
We want to tread lightly.
Almost tiptoeing with a lightness up through the body that feels.
Tantalizing.
Feel safe.
And feels pleasurable.
The core of this teaching and initiation is around pleasure.
The pleasure to create,
The pleasure to connect,
The pleasure to feel powerful.
The pleasure to interact with others in relationships.
So as you continue and complete this process of feathery observation up to the top of the head,
I want you to now envision connecting your body to the earth.
Feeling supported by the earth?
Whether you want to envision or intend roots to grow through the earth into the core.
Of existence of Mother Earth.
Or whether you want to simply feel and envision yourself lying on the earth being held in the arms of the mother.
Whatever feels most pleasurable feels most safe.
I invite you to do this now.
And as you are held,
Or supported or rooted.
Aphrodite is showing us the womb.
And she shows the symbolic.
Encasing of a walnut shell.
So a walnut shell is hard and it is safe and it is impenetrable.
Yet it is sealed along the sides with a membrane.
So it is a living,
Breathing,
And moving,
Expansive encasing.
And you can think of the energetic womb as being very protective.
Like a hard shell that breathes.
Other symbols she's showing us are oyster shells,
Clam shells,
All of these are the idea of this hard shell,
This encasing of protection,
But the membranes on the side allow it to be flexible and breathable.
This feeling of safety is a contradiction maybe.
The hard shell keeps things out.
The soft membrane that brings the two sides together of this shell is soft and expansive.
If this imagery today feels good,
You can embrace it and visualize.
Maybe a walnut shell.
A clam shell.
Or some other symbolic version of this in the womb.
Sometimes we are given images that do not serve us.
The images that may not serve us in the past have been.
We can't have hard surfaces within us,
Whether it's symbolic or not.
We have to be flexible.
We have to be pliable.
We have to be soft.
We have to be open.
Aphrodite is showing us another way.
You can actually have an impenetrable shell.
Within you in the womb.
And I'm being shown an egg.
So there is nothing wrong with this hard shell.
This hard shell actually represents the millennia of energetic creation like the.

.
Levels of the earth.
The stone and the rocks that have formed over millennia.
The piling of dirt that becomes solid.
And so it can be within your system as well,
In the womb.
It is okay to embrace this hard shell.
It is okay to know that you have actually created through years of energetic building this hard shell,
And yet you are soft and expansive and flexible.
At the same time,
So if it feels good,
I invite you.
And she invites you to embrace this contradiction.
And you may wonder,
Well,
How does the energy.

.
Escape how does the energy get out into the world and how do i receive and give in the flow of energy if there is a hard surface if i am enclosed within this shell Think of this like an energetic sacred space that is yours alone.
We've been misguided to say that we have to be completely open.
We do not.
We are allowed to have a sacred space where nothing can penetrate.
And so I invite you to take in this new information,
This download,
If you will,
From Aphrodite.
If it feels good,
You can embrace it and connect to your own little shell of sacredness.
Within your shell,
You may place your most precious items.
It may be your pearls.
Of wisdom.
That only you can access.
It might be your diamond that has ground.
From pressure,
From lifetimes,
From hard-won wisdom.
That is yours and yours alone as your gem.
There is no need to give this to anyone.
We are all allowed to have our own sacred wisdom that is ours and ours alone.
So you may be feeling a sense of this shell,
This gem within your shell,
The sacredness.
You may feel the womb pulsating.
You may feel your sacral chakra opening.
And I'm also being shown that there is a source of energy that is coming and emanating from your sacred shell,
Your sacred space.
And being shown the visual picture of.

Whether it's Venus or Aphrodite who is standing in a shell.
This is the symbolism that she is showing you today.
You can stand within your shell,
You can be within your shell,
You can have all of the wisdom within your shell and hold it in your space for you.
You can go to this space anytime you like to receive inspiration,
To receive energy,
To receive the source of your power,
Your creativity.
Knowing that there is a safe space that is impenetrable.
Will help you to feel more relaxed,
To be yourself,
To be more in movement,
In the feminine,
To unleash your creativity,
To free your sensuality knowing you have this space within you that is yours.
Can you feel the safety in this?
Can you feel that this is yours?
And allowing Aphrodite to help you to release anything that is in the sacral chakra.
Today that is heavy,
That feels.
Burdensome that feels heavy.
Stagnant and allowing her to wash this area with her energetic presence.
To help you to connect to the vibration of creativity,
Of sensuality,
Of freedom,
Of power.
And now getting to the entanglement versus independence,
Interdependence,
And connection.
If you have your own space within you,
You do not need to entangle yourself with somebody else.
Entanglement is a searching for this special space.
It's asking the question,
Do you have what I'm looking for?
Do you have that space that I need?
Maybe I can borrow your space.
And you become entangled and you become trapped and you become tied down and bound.
So just allowing Aphrodite to cut and release any of those ties and binds now.
Helping you to go back home to your own shell,
Your own sacred space,
Knowing that you never have to search again within somebody.
You can know that you have your own safe space and connect with others from your own source of power.
Connecting is merely sharing.
Sharing and experiencing each other without having to go into anyone's sacred space.
And nobody can penetrate into yours.
You make the choice and you have the free will to interact with whoever you want to interact with,
To speak with whoever you want to speak with,
To share with whoever you want to share with.
This is your power in relationships.
So taking a moment to remind yourself or connect and acknowledge the symbol that came forward for you today.
Whether it was in a walnut shell.
A clam.
Or some kind of symbolic feeling.
Of your sacred shell with your gem.
And visualizing it in your sacral chakra,
Pulsating with life,
Breathing through the membrane.
The hardness does not mean inflexible.
The hardness is sacred,
Born of years and millennia.
Of building your own.
Energetic boundaries.
And so thanking Aphrodite for being with us today,
For helping us to release and helping us to connect into our eternal power and sacredness and helping you to release anything in your sacral chakra that is hindering you from connecting to this beautiful space.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
And now slowly coming back into the room and feeling.
A sense of new and deeper connection with the self in the sacral chakra below the belly button.
Taking a breath.
Feeling whole,
Feeling energized,
Allowing the creative flow to flood through the body.
And opening the eyes with a new sense of.

And freedom.
