Explore MeditationTrudy Sebaly has a diploma in Psycho-Spiritual Healing and is a qualified Reiki therapist with over six years’ experience and a meditation facilitator with five years’ experience. She has taught traditional Zen meditation and guided meditation courses at The Grove, a not for profit wholistic and spiritual centre for vulnerable women located in Brunswick, and ENTA, a health and wellbeing clinic, in Strathmore. As there isn’t one style of meditation that suits all, Trudy likes to teach a different style of meditation at each session to allow people to feel comfortable selecting a meditation, or blend of meditation styles, to suit their needs while incorporating beneficial mindfulness techniques and resources to help people develop and grow their physical, emotional and spiritual wellness routines.
