Welcome to this meditation for opening and activating your solar plexus chakra.
This energy centre is located just above the navel and is linked to personal power,
Confidence and what we think.
Its element is fire.
Lets begin now by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Taking the air all the way to your stomach.
Hold it,
Then let it out through your mouth,
Releasing all tension and emptying your lungs.
Again,
A deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it for a moment,
Then release through the mouth,
Clearing your lungs of air and relaxing your whole body and mind.
Return to normal rhythmic breathing now,
Staying aware of your breath.
Let any thoughts you may have just drift in and out,
Without owning them,
Just observe.
Now,
Take your attention to the area just above your navel,
The solar plexus chakra.
Imagine a beautiful glowing yellow orb of light.
See this beautiful yellow orb of light begin to expand and open into a spinning wheel of yellow glowing light.
The pulsating energy here is the divine spark of consciousness,
Igniting our fires to break through resistance.
Revitalising the whole system,
Enlivening you to awaken the personal power within that leads to freedom and receiving.
As the wheel of yellow glowing light begins to spin faster and faster and opens up wider and wider,
Feel the connection to your inner fire,
To your purpose and to the drive to overcome any blocks.
With more lightness and fun in your everyday,
Your personal power increases and solidifies so that you may step into your day with presence.
Feel the energy here,
Beautiful,
Strong,
Flowing.
This open and strong energy centre allows you to easily make decisions in line with your true purpose and to begin to receive all the good things in life.
Connected to your own personal power now,
See this chakra point come into balance and connection with your other chakra centres,
Creating alignment through your entire energy system.
Feel a beautiful white light coming into your crown chakra and flowing down your entire body.
See this white light swirl into the glowing yellow orb of your solar plexus chakra.
Now see and feel this pure energy flow back up through your body and up to the infinite knowing of the universe.
You will now feel in balance.
Your solar plexus chakra will now be open and you will be in harmony with your emotions,
Connected to the flow of life energy and your pleasures and desires.
Say this affirmation,
I deserve all the love,
Joy and respect that comes my way.
Take a big breath in,
Becoming aware of your body and release,
Allowing the feelings within your body to become apparent now.
Take another big breath in and release while becoming aware of the room you are in and the sounds around you.
Wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers and come back into the room and open your eyes when you feel ready.
