Every day we are faced with stressful situations and challenging moments. When your body stays in this anxious and stressful state it can be detrimental physically, mentally and emotionally. By taking a few moments each day to calm the mind, body and soul you will be able to bring more calm and peace to all areas of your life. This meditation helps you bring more light in, invites Spirit to heal and allows you to feel more calm and peace.

Hello and welcome to this meditation,

Easing stress and finding flow.

We can often have situations in our everyday and in our life that create a lot of stress and anxiety running through our bodies.

When this is happening it's very difficult and challenging to find your breath,

To find the peace and to be back in a state of ease and joy.

During this meditation you will travel and journey into beautiful light and allow light into your body to bring you more peace and harmony and alignment with all you are.

So let's begin,

Find yourself in a comfortable position either sitting or laying.

Let's take a couple of refreshing deep breaths in and out,

Breathing in and releasing,

Breathing in and release.

One more time breathing in and release.

Now just feeling in to your body,

Into your breath,

Into where you are sitting or laying,

Finding a comfortable position,

Moving and just adjusting yourself where you are right now and with the natural rhythm of your breath,

Breathing in,

Breathing in and out,

Feeling relaxed,

Feeling calm.

Now I want you to imagine a beautiful white light above your head about seven meters.

Imagine,

See,

Feel or know this beautiful light bright and full of love and peace.

Notice this light now beaming down into your body through your crown chakra,

This beautiful light streaming into your body.

Breathe it in and out and feel,

Sense,

Know or see this beautiful stream of light flowing down into your body as it relaxes you along the way.

Streaming in now,

Feeling your head,

Your face and your ears and your jaw,

Loosening all the muscles and tension as the white light flows freely through your body.

Feel it flowing through your neck now and your shoulders,

Releasing any tension you are holding,

Flowing down into each of your arms and into your forearms,

Into your hands and into each of the fingers.

This beautiful white light relaxing and calming your whole body.

This light now coming through your chest area,

Into your heart,

Flowing down into all of your organs,

Releasing tension,

Bringing light and into your stomach area,

Into your hips and your pelvic area,

Releasing any tension.

Breathe this beautiful light down into your legs now,

Into the thighs,

Into your knees,

Releasing tension there,

Releasing tension there,

Into your calf muscles,

Down into your feet,

Into your toes,

Releasing all the tension.

Now I want you to sense spirit around you and you may interpret that as spirit,

As God,

As your angels,

As your higher self,

As love essence,

As pure source energy.

Whatever is comfortable for you and however you see and feel it,

Imagine that now around your entire body and filling the room that you are in.

This beautiful presence of pure love,

Unconditional acceptance.

And now invite this beautiful sense of peace and love into your body and into your cells and specifically wherever you want to transform something in your body,

In your cells.

Specifically wherever you want to transform something in your body,

In your cells.

An old belief,

An old pattern,

An old cellular memory,

An old emotion.

Ask your body now,

Where am I storing stress,

Where am I storing anxiety?

And ask this beautiful light around you of pure love and unconditional acceptance to stream into those areas in your body and bring light and transformation.

Breathe that in now.

And feel this beautiful stream of loving light flowing to any part of your body that you want to bring light to.

With every breath more love flows in.

And with every breath in light comes in,

With every breath out the old fades away.

Let's do this for a few moments,

Bring in the light,

Breathe out the old.

Breathe in the love,

Breathe out the old.

Breathe in the unconditional light and love,

Breathe out the old.

Feeling into your body and bringing this beautiful essence of love into every part of your body that needs more light and more peace and more love.

And say out loud now or to yourself,

I bring in pure love and unconditional light to my body,

To my energy,

To my mind whenever I intend and whenever I deliberately ask.

I am worthy,

I am unconditionally deserving,

I am pure source love.

And I allow the light of my essence,

Of my soul,

Of God to bring in light into my body,

Into my energy and dissolve fear,

Old beliefs,

Old stories.

That are keeping me small,

That are keeping me restricted.

I am open to pure love source flowing through me in every moment and I invite it in now.

And you can stay in this beautiful energy for as long as you desire,

Bringing in light,

Transforming old fears.

When you are ready to come back to the room that you are in,

Simply take a deep breath in and out and open your eyes when you are ready.
