Take a moment to observe your breath without the need to change anything.

I invite you to place one hand over the belly and one hand over the heart space.
Take in a moment to feel this loving energy radiating throughout the earth,
Knowing that you've contributed to the energy.
Return for a moment to observing your breath and allowing it to be just as it is.
Gently bring your awareness back to the space around you and open your eyes when you are ready.
Show yourself gratitude for showing up for today's practice.
