I invite you to come to a comfortable seat,
Allowing for the spine to be erect and the energy to flow.
Maybe placing your hands on the thighs or wherever is most comfortable for you and your body.
And if it feels right,
Gently close your eyes or soften the gaze just out a few feet in front of you.
I invite you to take a few rounds of long,
Deep inhales and long,
Exaggerated exhales.
I invite you to take a few more rounds of breath,
Just like that at your own pace.
Setting a steady and consistent breath pattern for today's practice.
Today we will be completing a mantra meditation.
While you may choose your own mantra that resonates with you,
The mantra for today's practice is,
I am worthy.
I encourage you throughout today's practice to continue to repeat that phrase to yourself,
Either out loud or silently.
If and when your mind begins to drift,
Come back to the mantra.
I invite you to take a few more rounds of long,
Exaggerated,
Exhales.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
