Spirit Guide Journey & Communion

This meditation offers a journey to commune with a spirit guide. There is guided imagery, and yet anything that you experience will be just right for you and aligned with your intention. This is a mystical and metaphysical meditation. In this mediation, you are guided to connect with Gaia, to scan your chakras, and to call angels or ascended masters or any benevolent guide.

Transcript

Welcome to your sacred practice.

The meditation upon which you are embarking welcomes a greeting or meeting with your spirit guides.

As you begin to settle into the experience,

Allowing the eyes to close and slowing the breathing,

Know that anything you experience in this journey is just right for you.

As you release any expectations and gently surrender to the open-ended possibilities,

You grant permission to trust in yourself.

You grant permission to trust in spirit.

You grant permission to trust in the process of creation.

And now begin to focus on the breath.

The breath of life.

Life force.

To be infilled with spirit as inspiration.

And at your own pace now take three big,

Deep,

Expansive breaths.

These breaths send the signal to the mind and body that it is time to go within to spirit.

Three big,

Deep breaths.

And as you may be feeling the mind become quieter and as the emotions begin to become more and more still,

Focusing now on your inner,

Imaginal realm.

All of the inner senses are summoned,

Are welcomed to enhance now.

And openness and peace is welcomed.

And now bring the awareness to the top of the head.

This awareness offers soothing,

Calming,

And relaxing energy.

Awareness,

Intention,

Willingness.

This is all that is required for this journey.

And perhaps you may sense or visualize or have a simple knowing that the awareness at the top of head is like a gentle breeze or a just right something that soothes as it moves.

Now moving down around the crown and brow,

A swirling and soothing.

And the calm relaxation continues down over the face and back of head,

Relaxing,

Releasing all of the tiny muscles.

And now down through the head and shoulders,

Soothing,

Releasing,

Relaxing.

This is the time to simply let go.

And now moving down the upper arms,

Elbows,

Hands,

And fingers.

And if you notice that this calming,

Relaxing sensation releases any tension that is not necessary for this session,

Just notice what you notice now as the soothing continues down the chest and upper back.

Down the spine,

Strong,

Aligned,

And relaxed.

All around the abdomen,

Solar plexus,

Pelvis and low back,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

And perhaps now serenity is being activated all throughout the body and the energy field.

Lying down the legs,

The thighs,

Knees and shins and calves,

Feet and even toes now relaxing,

Releasing and letting go.

And any tension that has been collected now easily and peacefully releases from the soles of the feet.

And keep awareness now on the soles of feet.

And also notice the tip of tailbone.

See,

Sense,

Or imagine that there are roots.

Roots starting to grow and sprout from these areas,

Soles of feet,

Tip of tailbone.

Like the roots of a plant or tree.

See,

Sense,

Or imagine how the roots curl in their movement,

Their movement to find Gaia.

Branching out into new tender roots as they move,

Burying into the soil of the earth.

Deep into earth,

They reach toward Gaia.

Imagine that these roots,

While flexible,

At this moment,

You're able to surrender to a snug kind of pulling.

Pulling close to the earth.

Moving to Gaia.

This is her embrace.

Now your roots relax and begin to draw in nourishing life force.

Nutrients.

Support from Mother Gaia and the ecosystem.

The nourishment travels up to where the roots connect to your body and being.

Receive the nourishment.

Breathing in the energy into your being as it travels up the roots.

Up your energy.

Up your whole being.

Until it sprouts out the top of your head,

Out the top of your aura.

And holding awareness now here at top of head,

Top of the energy.

For from above,

From high,

High into ether.

A column,

A pillar of pure white light beams.

Moving from source energy to you,

To the top of your field of energy.

Then the light is received moving through your higher chakras and lights up upon crown chakra.

Crown opens to receive like a violet lotus flower opening petals to receive morning sun.

Crown whirls to draw in and receive divine light.

As crown gently whirls the motion illuminates a brilliant violet,

Perhaps flecked with white.

What appears now as though crown is a transparent violet glass sphere.

The column of light continues to move now to third eye in the center of the brow.

Third eye receives the light and swirls in its rich indigo illumination.

From within the energy center,

The light clarifies and purifies any occlusions.

And third eye beams brilliantly rich indigo.

Divine light moves to throat chakra.

Throat recognizes the truth,

The perfection of divine light and receives it.

Whirling a vivid sky blue.

Throat chakra identifies and aligns to the divine light.

Column of light now finds heart chakra who unfolds grass green petals,

Whirls in abundance and allowance of unconditional love.

See sense or feel heart dazzling as a transparent and illumined green glass sphere.

The light moves to solar plexus,

The personal sun.

As solar plexus whirls in the light and glows brilliant sun yellow.

You may feel as if coming home from a journey so long.

And now one with divine identity.

Lemon yellow your solar plexus beams with power and passion.

And continuing the light now touches to open sacral,

Sacral chakra in the center of the pelvis of body and activating a karakara orange color of beauty,

Creativity and passion.

The sensation of sacral identifies to the light of creator and radiates and spins integrating life force.

Now divine light moves to root chakra.

Root opens and receives the light.

Moving in grace and gravity,

Glowing from within a rich red.

Clarifying and brightening as it moves and whirls in the source light.

Divine light continues to whirl around filling all of the space of aura.

Visualize and imagine how the space resembles an iridescent bubble.

Fragile and strong,

Precious and glorious.

Maintained with divine intention.

Now inner being is identified to the one I am.

Feel the openness and the peace of this moment.

This peace,

This unity.

And now it is time for greeting or meeting with spirit guide.

You are invited to visualize,

Imagine or sense a presence before you.

The presence is sharing in this peace and unity,

Clarity that surrounds and perhaps it is the peace that is spirit guide greeting you.

Allow interest and gentle curiosity.

Notice the presence with you.

Feel how this presence feels.

Does it feel joyous?

Calm?

Kind?

Does it feel like acceptance?

Any and all that you experience is just right for you as your gentle curiosity and acceptance enhances the greeting or meeting.

Select the offering from presence,

The offering of love,

However you detect it.

Now put forth a query,

Ask the presence how you may know him or her better.

Is it a name?

Is it an identity such as angel,

Ancestor,

Master or perhaps higher self?

Perhaps you receive a symbol,

A way to recall where you are now.

Whatever the answer be in gratitude and allowance of the gift of presence.

You are growing in your awareness of your partnership in this moment.

And spend some time now to commune with the presence.

Rest for a moment.

Calming and gently soothing voice. I felt very safe to explore and relaxed quickly.
