Third Eye Chakra Activation | Higher Mind Message

In this practice, we will activate the Third Eye Chakra. This practice will align with your own intention, your highest good and the good of the All. This work uses guided visualization to stimulate inner seeing, and further, to open one to receive a loving message from the higher mind. We end with a visualization of an energetic light-fall to activate and balance the entire energy field.
