In this work,
We will activate your third eye chakra.
This practice will align with your intention,
Your highest excitement,
Your highest good,
And the good of the all.
Let us begin by relaxing the body and the mind to allow the intuitive connection to heighten.
We will do this with divine breath.
For the next several breath cycles,
Draw in deeply and easily.
Hold for a count of two,
And then release fully and abundantly.
Each breath is your dance with the creative life force.
Gently relaxing with each breath cycle.
Allowing your mind to soften.
Allowing the muscles and nerves of your body to soften.
Each breath is a new now.
A moment of eternity.
The awareness of all being one.
And now as you are in a more relaxed,
Easy,
And softened state,
Bring your attention to the center of your head above the brow.
Gently hold awareness of this area.
A simple knowing of this area.
And now imagine there is a small golden sphere seated in this area.
In the center of your head above the brow.
As you picture this golden sphere,
Allow your fascination and gentle curiosity to bubble up.
Be curious and interested in this golden sphere as you would a new friend,
Or an animal,
Or a beautiful aspect of nature.
Recall such a gentle curiosity and direct it to this small golden sphere in the center of your head.
Your curiosity is a pleasant invitation.
It is an opening to connect.
And it is received.
Now,
Having set your intention to connect,
Imagine that this golden sphere begins to shine even more brightly.
The size of the sphere is about the same,
But its glow is pleasantly enhancing.
Allow yourself to become more curious and delighted by its enhanced glow.
As it glows more brightly,
You have a visceral experience of that light.
Imagine that the glow is communication.
It is an answer to your delight and your curiosity about it.
And so,
It seems clear that the golden sphere is aware of you,
That it is also curious of you.
The golden sphere is delighted by you.
And with this symbiotic connection,
It is only natural that you move even closer.
Direct your awareness to the inside of your golden,
Brilliant sphere.
Allow your knowing to be within the sphere.
From within,
You can see out with clarity.
And as you look out,
As if looking at a movie screen,
From inside the sphere you have a view of something new.
Inside the sphere,
You are aware of pleasant and enlivening sensations of all kind.
Knowing in your feeling of curiosity and delight,
You can look at the movie screen of clarity.
And your wonderment will be answered.
In this state of curiosity and relaxation,
Know that your higher mind is projecting onto the screen a response to your wonder and your delight.
Behold the screen and witness what you are shown.
As your higher mind projects images onto the screen,
You experience sensations,
Emotions,
Perhaps words,
Knowing.
It is familiar and it is new.
It is not what you expected and yet,
It is what you thought would happen all along.
And now,
As your enhanced moment of curiosity becomes a complete story from your higher mind,
Send gratitude to your higher mind.
Send your gratitude to the golden sphere.
Send your gratitude to the movie screen of clarity.
Feel how you are appreciated in this exchange.
Feel how you are known.
Feel how kindness is extended to you.
And now,
Your higher mind offers a token of love.
Delivering from divine,
A fall of light and energy pours down around and through you.
Like a waterfall made of beautiful light and energetic blessings.
Allow the light fall to bathe and activate your entire field.
Receiving these blessings blesses the whole.
And as the light fall completes its offering,
You may begin to sense your full body.
The seat beneath you.
The physical atmosphere.
And now,
Once again,
Your divine breath.
Allow the next few breath cycles to anchor,
To connect the spiritual and higher consciousness experience fully into the physical experience.
And as you come back to your space,
Know that integration and activation have occurred.
You may access the golden sphere and the movie screen of clarity at any time.
At any now.
The light fall of energetic blessing is a part of you forever.
You move forward as a new version of yourself in the ever eternal now.
