And now we shall begin our practice.
Begin to notice your breath.
Allow the breath to slow and deepen.
Draw in the breath slowly.
Pause,
Holding it for a beat to receive the full nourishment.
Then release fully and abundantly.
Direct your breathing to your heart.
With your awareness,
Breathe into your heart.
As you deepen your awareness of your heart,
Recognize that your heart is a generator of energy.
The energy of love,
Which creates everything.
Each breath is received into the heart,
Gleefully alchemized and released back into the all.
Now recognize that your heart can allow you to travel.
In a manner similar to that of angels,
Angels who are the very thoughts of God.
You are also able to use your heart to travel.
As you hold the clarity,
The awareness of pure love that is generated and experienced by your heart,
You travel to the place where pure love abides.
This travel,
It takes you to a specific place.
A space of pure love.
It surrounds you.
It imbues you.
You stand in the presence of God.
The gaze of God falls upon you.
You realize that this is the experience of love.
Allowing yourself to feel the gaze of God is alignment.
Alignment with the highest good.
Alignment with your specific highest good.
Alignment with love.
With the pure will of God.
The energy of God flows to you and through you.
And you are received by God.
All that you are is welcomed by God in compassion,
Understanding,
And gratitude.
God is grateful that you are home and welcoming the connection.
That you are able to love yourself into this allowance is all that a perfect parent could ever want.
You are fully recognized.
You are passionately accepted.
Your allowance,
Your connection to the source of pure love appreciates throughout the universe.
You are fully known as God's gaze falls upon you.
God's awareness of you is never broken.
Even in a moment where your awareness may be broken of the pure source of love.
Its awareness of you is always perfect.
In this truth you are safe and enlivened.
In this truth you are made capable of spreading pure love.
Allowing the gaze of God to shine through you and fall upon others.
And this is the experience of healing and of coming home.
This is the experience of alignment.
And now let us pray.
Let us speak to God who is our loving witness.
Dear God,
Creator of the universe,
The source of pure,
Unconditional love.
Standing before you now,
We ask that we be helped to understand how blessed we are.
Into your presence we speak and we acknowledge your blessing is ever upon us.
We ask for this understanding to grow.
We know that as it does,
We align with the power and truth of our being as divine children.
We are grateful for the journey.
We thank you for the experience of coming home to unconditional love.
And in the understanding and the knowing that God's love is able to pour and shine through us.
We pray a blessing upon all of our brothers,
Sisters and all of creation.
May we all be blessed.
May we be happy.
May we be loved.
May we be a blessing.
May we shine happiness.
May we share love.
May we recognize our freedom in the limitless power of love.
May our awareness,
Words and deeds unfold in the alignment we now experience.
