In this visualization, I'll invite you to visualize, or imagine in your mind's eye, a beautiful flower. I'll ask you to imagine the flower during a day of changing weather, focusing on how it remains rooted and unmoved even as its external circumstances change. As well as helping to connect us with nature, this practice be a useful metaphor for meditation practice. And highlights how meditation can help some people feel grounded and centred, even amidst the ups and downs of life. Visualisations are generally considered safe and enjoyable for the vast majority of people. However, fee free to modify any nature imagery to feel safe and comfortable for you, and stop if you feel discomfort.
