This is a simple meditation. Here, you will be asked to mentally repeat the word 'calm' on the in-breath and 'calm' on the out-breath. This can help to increase your attention on the meditation object, and will hopefully help you to relax. The naturally slowing breath can pull you away from the 'fight or flight' mode, and into the parasympathetic nervous system.
