Sit up nice and straight.
You're in a place where it's nice and quiet.
There's not a lot going on.
It's just time for you.
Maybe you have to hide in the bathroom because your kids are everywhere.
Maybe you have to hide in the car at lunchtime because your boss wants you.
Maybe you have lots of space in your life.
One way or another,
It's finding your 7 minutes.
So,
All you need to do is be able to sit up nice and straight,
Be able to close your eyes,
And follow along with my voice.
Palms are faced up,
Your eyes are closed,
And my invitation to you is following along with my voice.
Today we're going to do my favorite meditation,
And the meditation that I do every single day.
And my invitation to you is to take a deep breath in,
And exhale all the air out.
And again,
Taking a deep breath in,
And exhale,
Following along with my voice.
You feel more relaxed as you take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine yourself in a forest,
In your imagination.
Use your own imagination to see yourself standing in the most beautiful forest that you've ever been in.
Take a moment to look around.
What do the trees look like in your forest?
What does the sky look like?
Take a moment to take a deep breath in.
What does it smell like?
Imagine your feet touching the ground,
And how grounding that feels.
Really take a moment and visualize yourself in a beautiful forest,
And you decide to take a walk.
And as you begin to walk,
Each step that you take feels more and more relaxing,
And you feel more and more safe in your environment.
Do you hear birds in the sky?
What does the wind feel like on your skin?
What does your feet feel like?
And what are the sounds,
The crunching sounds,
With every step?
As you continue to walk,
You take another deep breath in.
You exhale all the air out,
And you feel even more relaxed,
And more present,
And more alive.
And somehow happier,
And at peace with every step.
In the distance you hear water running,
Like a brook or a river.
And this is the best weather you have ever felt.
The temperature is just right,
And you feel like you are in the right place at the right time.
With every step you take,
You just want to breathe in the air again,
So you take another deep breath.
And you exhale,
Feeling more at peace,
Feeling more grounded,
Feeling healthier than you have ever felt.
You continue walking,
And up ahead you notice a tree.
Now this isn't an ordinary tree,
This is the biggest tree you have ever seen in your whole life.
And you feel drawn toward it,
And you continue walking in every step you take.
You feel more and more connected to this gigantic tree.
It seems magical,
Bigger than you have ever seen before.
And as you get closer,
You feel safer,
As if you are home.
And you get to your tree,
And you walk around this tree,
And it feels like it takes forever.
It's so wide,
And so tall,
When you look up you can't see the top.
This is the biggest,
Most majestic,
Magical tree you have ever seen.
And as you continue to walk around this tree,
You notice in this tree,
A door.
You didn't expect that there's a door here,
But you notice that there's a door in the tree.
And you feel drawn to open it,
As if you were meant to be here.
You reach for the doorknob and you open this door,
And you walk easily into the doorway,
Into this gigantic tree.
And as you close the door behind you,
You feel safe.
And you start to look around,
And everywhere you look is the most beautiful crystals you have ever seen in your life.
The whole inside of this tree is lit up,
And glowing,
And feels like it's alive,
Just for you.
And as you walk around inside this tree,
Every step feels like it heals you from the inside out,
More and more.
Every moment inside of this beautiful tree feels like home.
It's as if you are standing inside your own heart.
Take a moment to feel what that would feel like,
And take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
You continue to walk around.
The most beautiful colors are everywhere you look.
And you feel grounded,
And known,
And loved,
And okay.
You feel safe,
And hugged,
And loved.
Take another moment and really connect to this tree,
To this moment.
Take another deep breath in,
And exhale all the air out.
