Welcome to group guided meditation.
All right,
Are we ready to meditate?
No matter what time of day it is,
It's just about you finding your seven minutes.
So sit up nice and straight and close your eyes.
My invitation to you is to follow along with my voice as we walk through this guided meditation together and take a deep breath in.
And exhale all the air out.
And again,
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Know that in this moment,
All is well.
This is your moment to turn inward into your body,
Into your emotions,
Into yourself spiritually.
And every moment that you do,
You become more peaceful.
And you notice that the more you focus within and the farther inside just you,
You go,
The more calm you become and the better you feel.
Going deeper still,
Imagine yourself and imagine now you come to a lake,
A serene and perfect lake at your very center.
It's a beautiful lake surrounded by high mountains and pine trees reflecting the sun.
Birds are flying overhead and now and then a fish will break the surface of this lake.
There's a large smooth outcropping of rocks by the edge of the water,
A fine place to sit and contemplate the lake.
And as you sit,
A deep feeling of calm gathers within you.
All the problems that you have in your life seem to be distant now,
Almost unimportant.
Instead,
You feel quite settled and at peace.
A journal appears in your hands and you find yourself writing down a few things that you might have normally sought other people's attention for.
You find yourself writing down things that maybe are worrying you.
Just picking up the pen,
See what comes out.
Any problems,
Any worries,
Any hardships,
Anything that feels like it's trapped inside of you,
You begin to write and it's as if it all pours out of your hand into this journal.
You feel a higher guidance as you write.
It's as if the lake,
That deep part within you,
Is listening.
Really hearing you and gently guiding you toward the comfort and answers you have been seeking.
Take a moment as you imagine connecting within to the deep source of comfort and wisdom with you as you,
Within you as you write.
Continue writing down anything that comes up for you that you feel like needs healing.
Maybe even things that you didn't even know were trapped in you,
Making you feel uncomfortable,
Stressed,
Tense.
You feel like you're in a deep place.
You feel like you're in a deep place.
Stressed,
Tense.
This is a safe place,
A sacred space within you for you to let go and say goodbye to things that don't belong to you anymore.
Pay attention as well to any sort of guidance,
Higher guidance that comes out helping you move forward,
Helping you remember who you are,
Helping you elevate and evolve and love yourself.
In the way that is natural for you to do so.
As you continue writing,
You notice that you're coming to an end,
But you know exactly where this journal is.
And so you close it up,
You put the pen aside and you set it on the rock next to this lake,
This deep,
Peaceful lake.
Within your own heart,
Being grateful for how expansive you are,
How open and truly amazing you are,
How healing you are in your own life,
Being grateful for your guidance,
For what guides you and loves you,
Knowing that you deserve to be loved,
Knowing that you can come back to this journal anytime you need to unload anything in your life and let it go.
And take a deep breath in.
And exhale all the air out.
And again,
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
And exhale.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Come back into the space that you're in.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Good.
Well,
You are everything you were looking for and I look forward to meditating with you again tomorrow for our daily guided meditation.
Have a beautiful rest of your day.
Okay,
Bye.
