Welcome to group guided meditation.
After meditating every day,
What I do is I have some flowers.
I'm always getting flowers or growing flowers or some sort of flower thing.
There's flowers on my shirt.
And I take lots of roses and things like this.
And so take a rose that it's still very beautiful but it's on like its third,
Fourth,
Fifth day of being in my life after I've picked it.
And so what I do is I take the petals off and I put them in my shoes.
And after I meditate I take the petals off and I put them in my shoes and then I wear them in my shoes.
And it's just a self-care thing that I've always done.
And there's something about walking on flowers all day.
And so just a little hot tip of something,
An easy way that you can make your feet smell good and also do something that's just for you.
So I set up nice and straight and your eyes are closed and my invitation to you is to follow along with my voice as we walk through this guided meditation together.
And take a deep breath in and exhale all the air out.
And take another deep breath in and exhale.
And again take a deep breath and as you exhale know that in this moment all is well.
Now stay with your breath.
Focus on the feeling of deep peace as you inhale and exhale in a relaxed way.
Feel the energy that is in your body.
Become aware of the warmth and the tingling of every cell in your body as you breathe and relax more deeply with every breath you take.
Feel the energy that is extended in your environment in every part of your life as if you can feel everything around you.
And with every breath you take you feel harmony,
Peace,
Deep connectedness to your surroundings.
Knowing that you are in the right place at the right time and that there's no accidents.
Bring all of this energy that you're connecting now together and feel them.
Visualizing all of that energy shining brightly like the Sun and bring the shining glow of bright energy over the crown of your head and let it fall all around your body.
Feel it starting to travel down into your body from the top of your head slowly going down into your face and neck.
Traveling down into your shoulders and all the way down your arms down to the fingers.
Feel this healing energy and light going down into your chest and all the way down to your hips and feel it continue to travel down your legs and all the way to your toes.
Your whole body is now filled with divine healing light and energy.
Allow that healing energy to completely fill and comfort and love you and take care of any physical area that needs healing energy.
Feel it warming,
Healing and expanding through every area in your life.
Feel your connection to your highest self as you're surrounded by this beautiful white light knowing that you are protected and loved and held.
Take a deep breath in in this moment and really feel connected to you and exhale all the air out.
See this light that surrounds you getting larger and larger encompassing your house and your family and your friends and everything in your life.
Surrounding it,
Healing it,
Holding it close,
Giving it love.
You deserve to be loved and this light is loving you.
So take another deep breath in and be grateful for this moment,
For this energy that you can tap into anytime that you want because it's in you.
You carry it in you.
Take a deep breath in exhale all the air out and again take a deep breath in and exhale and one more time take a deep breath in and as you exhale begin to wiggle your fingers and toes come back into the space that you're in and when you are ready open your eyes.
All right good that's a great healing meditation to do every day before you start your day.
Yes good all right you're everything you are looking for.
