Hello,

Welcome to meditation.

We are here,

I think this is day eight,

So good job.

Okay,

Are we ready to meditate today?

We are going to be meditating on being happy,

So everybody wants to do that,

So let's make it happen.

So sit up nice and straight.

Happy and free,

Right?

Happy and free.

Now I know why I put on this shirt.

Nice.

Okay.

Sit up nice and straight,

Close your eyes and follow along with my voice,

That is my invitation to you,

As you take a very deep breath in.

And you exhale all the air out.

And again,

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

And one more time,

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Bring your attention to your face.

Are you holding any tension in your jaw or behind your eyes or in your forehead?

If so,

Allow these areas to soften and relax.

Allow your lips and your cheeks to relax and begin to form a smile.

You may like to think of something amusing or simply the love you have in your family or in your own heart or for a loved one or maybe something somebody said that was funny.

Take a moment.

Sometimes you have to fake smile and it leads to a real smile.

So relax your face.

And even if you feel weird,

Who cares?

Put a smile on your face and take a deep breath in and exhale.

Simply focus on whatever brings up a happy memory or a happy feeling.

And if you are holding any tension in your body,

Allow your smile to soften that area too right now.

That's how powerful you are.

Allow the muscles to soften and relax and stay as long as you need to in each area in your body that needs healing and maybe just need your own happiness to propel it forward.

Smile into the muscles and allow them to react.

Now bring your awareness to your heart and feel the smile and the happiness in your heart.

You may like to visualize your heart chakra opening up and pulsating and expanding with love and energy.

You may like to visualize your heart energy as pink or green light.

The pink light represents love,

Unconditional love.

And the green light is the color of your heart chakra.

Hold this focus for just a moment and focus on the love in your heart.

You are filled with love and sometimes it's hard to feel it and sometimes we forget it.

But regardless if you forget it or remember it,

You are love and you deserve to be happy.

Take a deep breath in and feel that for just a moment.

And as you exhale,

Exhale out anything that is making you unhappy.

Again take a deeper breath in and exhale anything that doesn't belong to you anymore.

And one more time,

Take a deep breath in.

Take one more moment to feel the love in your own heart.

And as you exhale,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Come back into the space that you're in.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Good.

I hope you have a wonderful day.

I hope things make you laugh.

I hope you make people laugh.

That's nice too.

And you are everything you are looking for and I'll see you tomorrow.
