Hello,
Welcome to day five of meditating together.
I hope you're having a wonderful day.
All right,
Today we're going to be doing a visualization meditation.
You want to be in a space that's quiet and that is just yours.
You're sitting up nice and straight,
As straight as possible.
Your eyes are closed.
And my invitation to you is to follow along with my voice as we walk through a visualization meditation.
So take a very deep breath in.
Hold the breath and then exhale all the air out.
And again,
Take another deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Become more relaxed,
Sitting up a little straighter,
Getting ready for your time for just you today.
And inhale deep one more time.
And as you exhale,
Visualize yourself standing on an empty beach.
You feel the warm sun energizing your skin.
You hear the waves and you feel the sand.
And you know something magical is going to happen here today.
You are completely alone on this beach and you feel completely safe.
You reach down and you take your shoes and socks off and you place them on a towel on the sand.
The grains of sand feel warm and energizing on your feet as you walk along the sand.
You hear the faint sounds of seagulls in the air,
Which only adds to your tranquility.
You begin walking toward the water.
And walk along the shore where the water meets the sand.
You allow any tension in your body to melt away as you walk along the sand.
All cares and all worries of the day are great.
As you walk along the sand,
All cares and all worries of the day are gradually melting away.
You take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And exhale all the air out.
Visualizing in your mind any place that you might be holding tension,
Any aches and pains,
Gradually softening and releasing.
As a wave comes to the shore,
You look down and you see a bottle by your feet.
You reach down and you pick up the bottle.
As you hold the bottle in your hand,
You notice the bottle has been sealed with a cork.
And there is a note inside the bottle.
You loosen the cork and reach in with your fingers to pull out the piece of paper.
You unfold the paper and read the words.
What do the words say on this piece of paper?
In this bottle that showed up in your life just for you,
What is the first thing that comes to you when you look down at this piece of paper?
What is your life trying to tell you in this peaceful,
Blissful moment,
In this very moment in your life?
Take a moment and read these words.
Whatever words come up for you,
This is your moment.
Life is always conspiring.
To give you what you want.
What are the words on this piece of paper,
Specially for you?
What do you need to know right now in your life?
When you are done reading the piece of paper,
You fold that paper back up.
You roll it up and you put it back in the bottle.
Because you know that somebody else needs to come across this beautiful,
Magical bottle too one day.
And you cork it up.
Looking out at the ocean,
You throw the bottle back,
Being grateful for the message,
And being grateful for this moment.
In your life today.
And you take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Feeling more and more at peace.
You take another deep breath in.
And exhale all the air out.
And one more time,
You take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
You wiggle your fingers and toes.
You come back into the space that you are in.
And when you are ready,
You open your eyes.
Good.
I invite you to go back to that meditation as many times as you would like when you need messages in your life.

You are everything you are looking for.
