This meditation will take you on a journey, a journey to relax your body and mind. When you are settled in your bed, I will read a cake recipe to you just before you fall asleep. As you drift off, allow the smell of the cake to relax you and become the last thought in your mind. The meditation will gently end… allowing you to fall into a deep sleep.
