This is a visualisation to connect you to your vitality. First you release tensions from your body. Then you are guided to connect to your vital life force. This is the energy that connects us directly to the source, it can help you feel vital and energised as it is boundless. This will help you to feel energised and ready to take on anything that is in your day.

Take some deep breaths and arrive in your body.

It's time to connect.

Starting at your toes Scan your body Really notice how you're feeling on the inside.

Starting at your toes,

All through your feet.

See if you can find any tension in there.

Wherever you find tension,

Put your tension there and give the tension all the space that it needs.

Let it expand.

Tension is just energy that got stuck somewhere in your body.

It's looking to finish its cycle.

Give the tension all the space that it needs.

Let it fill up and expand.

Then take a deep breath in and as you exhale surrender through the tension.

Let it dissipate.

Moving up your body,

Your lower legs.

Find all the tension that's in your lower legs.

Your calves and your knees.

Turn your shins.

Be aware of it all.

Let's put our focus there.

Let it expand.

Give it as much space as it needs.

Deep breath in.

Exhale and surrender.

Moving to the top of your legs.

Notice your thighs,

Your quads,

Your hamstrings.

Find any spots of tension in there.

Put your focus there.

Let them all expand.

Give them as much space as they need.

Breathing in and exhale.

Surrender.

Drop in through the tension.

Working with your pelvis now.

Deep into your pelvis all through your glutes,

Your sacrum.

Find the tension.

Put your focus there.

Let it expand.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale drop in and through the tension.

Let it dissipate.

Through your stomach now and your lower back.

Find all the places of tension.

Put your focus there.

Let them take up as much space as they need.

Watch them expand.

Deep breath in and as you exhale drop in and through the tension.

Let it dissipate.

Into your torso now.

Through your chest,

Upper back,

Right out into your arms,

Down your fingertips.

Find any tension in all of those places.

Your shoulders.

Bring your focus to it.

Let it expand.

Let it take up as much space as it needs.

Deep breath in and exhale and drop in and through the tension.

Your neck and head now.

Notice where the tension is.

The front of your neck,

The back of your neck,

Right up through your head.

Notice all the places of tension.

Put your focus there.

Let it expand.

Give it as much room as it needs.

Deep breath in and exhale drop in and through the tension.

I would like you to scan your body again.

This time you're looking for the part of you that's connected to the source.

This will be in your body as a light somewhere.

It might be a blinking light,

It might be a solid light,

It might be a big light and it might be a very very small light but it's in there.

It's always there.

Sometimes we let our worries and responsibilities dim the light by covering it but it's always there.

Always.

When you find this light put your focus there.

Allow it to grow,

Expand and take up as much room as it needs to.

Let the light fill you up from head to toe.

The light expands,

Goes through your entire body and there's so much light that you burst into a big ball of light.

This ball of light is what connects you to the source.

It is vital energy.

Every cell of you is now filled with vital energy.

Vitality is bursting from you and ready to take you out into your day in whatever is ahead of you today.

Today you will take the day as it comes and allow yourself time to follow your intuition and be guided by the magic of life.

You will notice the beauty in all things and you will know that this beauty also lies within you.

Know that you are needed in this world.

Your talents and knowledge are an important part of the thread that makes up the earth and the universe.

Do not ever doubt yourself and how vital you are as a part of it all.

Now as you slowly come back into the present moment hearing the sounds around you go forth and have an amazing day in your true vitality.

The world is a better place with you in it.
