This gentle meditation is designed to help you sit with difficult emotions, cultivate greater resilience, and visualize a more peaceful, kinder world. It uses guided imagery and suggestions for greater feelings of ease, as well as acceptance of even challenging emotions, such as anger, worry, frustration, or fear, as your truth of the moment. The imagery encourages connecting to your most grounded, centered, resilient self, creating space for you to be both strong and a human being with normal, very human emotional states. Finally, the meditation invites you to send peace and healing to our world in whatever way feels right to you in the gift of the present.
