Bucket Of Light (No Music)

Draining everything from your being and filling you up with an abundance of liquid light, this guided meditation will have you feeling rejuvenated and full. This track is 11 min long with no music. "Imagine this tube expanding from the drain down into the ground. It flows through the earth’s crust, slowly. Imagine it penetrating through each layer of the earth. The tube descends and meets the core and wraps itself around it .Very slowly we are now going to empty all of the charge, blocks and thoughts from our bodies, through the drain, down the chord and into the center of the earth with my guidance. "

Arrive first by getting comfortable. Move what you need to. Exhale and release what you need to. Remember that you have nowhere else to be right now except right here. If you are sitting in a chair, You're going to bring your awareness underneath your feet. If you're sitting cross-legged, Bring your awareness to the base of your spine. With your awareness on that place, Imagine that there is a drain. A drain of an old porcelain looking bathtub with a plastic plug and a chain on it. Connected to the underside of this drain is a tube. This tube may be composed of metal, Wood, Cloth, Or whatever substance is alive for you or that feels good and comes to mind. Imagine this tube that is connected to the underside of the drain expanding from the drain down into the ground. It flows through the Earth's crest slowly. Imagine it penetrating through each layer of the Earth. The tube descends and meets the core of the Earth and wraps itself around it. Very slowly, With my guidance, We are now going to empty all of the charge, Blocks, And thoughts from our bodies through the drain, Down the cord, And into the center of the Earth. In order to do this, We're going to have to pull the plug on the drain. Please remove the plug from your drain, Then bring your awareness to the top of your head. Slowly feel your body begin to drain, The level of liquid being at your eyes, Nose, And mouth. Slowly lowering down your neck to your traps and tops of your shoulders. Slowly draining down the top of your spine, Upper, Mid, To lower back, Draining down your chest and belly. Noticing it drain from your arms, Down your biceps, Past your elbows, Forearms, And out of your fingertips. Bringing your awareness to the center of your lower back, Feel the liquid level lower down your backside, Down the sides of your hips, Lower down your thighs, Past your knees, Draining down your calves, Ankles, Feet, And out the tips of your toes. Relax here. Gently pick up the plug and insert it back into the drain. Release the cord from under the drain and allow it to drop and be taken into the core of the earth. Now it is time to fill you back up. This time with some more intention, Positivity, And truth. Imagine there is a bucket suspended above your head. Inside of this bucket there is liquid golden light. This light is meant for you. Every single drop. Before we fill your being with this light, I invite you to tap into what you need right now. If you can, Name this in one to three words. Imagine these words on small slips of paper. Toss the papers into the bucket of liquid light and watch the words as they dissolve slowly into the light. This liquid has a viscous consistency, Almost like honey. Swirl the bucket around, Evening and mixing its contents. With the bucket suspended above you, Slowly it begins to tip sideways, Pouring the liquid into you through the top of your head. The liquid falls straight through your body towards the drain. It begins to pool at the bottom, At the tips of your toes. The liquid light slowly begins to fill you up, Filling your feet, Your ankles, Into your calves, Filling up your knees and thighs with liquid light. Into the front of your hips, Back of your booty, Over the sides of your hips, Enveloping you with everything that you need. Rest here a moment. This liquid light is continuing to flow into you slowly, Filling your belly, Ascending up your lower back, Throughout your spine, Up your belly and chest, Into your heart. The light is flowing up and around your upper back and into your shoulders now, Trickling down your arms, Pooling at your fingertips and flowing into your hands, Up your forearms, Through your elbows and into your biceps. Filling your shoulders, Flowing up your neck, Through your throat and into the base of your skull. Up your chin, Mouth and lips, Your nose, Eyes and forehead. Finishing off the bucket of liquid goodness with every last drop capping off the top of your head. Rest here. Feel this golden light sitting inside all of your essence, Enveloping you, Filling you up with exactly what you need. I invite you to take a slow, Deep breath with me. Without opening your eyes, Gently begin to bring your awareness into the space you are in. Any sounds that you hear, Movement of the air, Begin to bring slow movement to the digits of your hands and feet and allow some light to creep into your vision. Remember, You always have access to this bucket of light.
