There is no right or wrong way to meditate when we simply focus on the breath. If we find ourselves drifting into thoughts or feelings when we relax the diaphragm, we become powerfully present to the beautiful rhythm of the breath. Give yourself totally to the breath, allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to relax into a state of joy, and the aura to connect to the positive energy that is part of the Universe. Enjoy this expansive state of stillness.
