We will start very soon You may be hearing in the background this white noise sound This is just to help you to go deeper into meditation There will be periods of stillness where you can just go deeper into meditation and just let go into this state of being connected to something much more than the mental chatter and the emotional turbulence that can sometimes be part of these very intense times that we are going through As you breathe in and breathe out Just making sure that your breath is relaxed this means that you're not trying to breathe in any specific way There's no technique That is correct and that is better than any other technique in the way that you're breathing We're simply bringing awareness you're bringing this sense of connection that happens when you are here present focused on the breathing If you notice your mind wandering off Thinking about something or if you notice that you're caught in a feeling and just observe that this is what is happening as you observe That you're drifting into a thought or drifting into a feeling and just remind yourself that you are here connected to the breath And breathe deeper into the abdomen breathe deeper into the diaphragm Relaxing the muscles making sure that your shoulders are relaxed Making sure that you're breathing all the way down into the diaphragm making sure that as you breathe in You're relaxed.
You're not breathing in the stress of your thoughts or the stress of Whatever feelings that may be And coming up for you.
You're just here present to the beautiful rhythm of breath As you breathe in to your abdomen diaphragm Relaxing the shoulders making sure that the body is upright You're not squashed Your shoulders are relaxed your neck is relaxed.
This usually means facing forward rather than looking down too much There is a tendency when one meditates to For the neck to relax and then for the head to move a little bit too much forward so that That there is a bit of a strain at the back of your neck Just making sure you're looking forward with your eyes closed Just focusing on the breath the flow of the breath As you breathe in and breathe out Just letting go And all you have to do as you breathe in and breathe out is just enjoy The rhythm of the breath give yourself totally to the breath If you notice any distractions in the background if you notice that your mind or your feelings get distracted by something Just enjoy the flow of the breath bring bliss into the meditation So you're really present to the joy of breathing into your body Breathing deep into the abdomen and as you breathe out let go there is nothing to hold on to There's no need to hold on to that thought or that feeling if it's important.
It will come back to you after the meditation Just really letting go As you breathe in and breathe out You will notice that it's much easier to prolong the out breath So the curation of the out breath is a little bit longer It's almost like a sigh you know when you breathe out in this way You let go The out breath is a little bit prolonged So if there is any tension if there is any constriction of the nervous system is not relaxed The parasympathetic nervous system is not connected to this Relaxation process that is happening as you breathe out and let go Then it will be easier for you to notice that there is tension to breathe it out Breathe it out as you prolong the out breath and you just breathe naturally into the belly expanding the belly relaxing the belly And continue enjoying just the flow of breath being mindful and aware The breath is your mantra being mindful and aware that this beautiful mantra Continues to be repeated in this joyous blissful way deep within your body and also deep within your energy So breathing in and breathing out There'll be some stillness now so that you can integrate this flow of breath into your meditation So So So So So So So So So So So So So So Deep breath So Relaxing on the outflow the outflow of breath just helping you to relax deeper to a deeper state of consciousness Just be present to this stillness within this deeper state of consciousness There's a creativity there is a connection that allows you to just be present A very mindful and aware way to your your sense you are much more present to the energy that is around you Just integrate this into every cell in your body so your body is not just relaxed But also in a state of expansion so there is healing as you come back to this equilibrium there's healing and vibrancy and energy expansion that becomes very very beautiful Maybe you sense this as a tingling within your body or warmth within your body Allow for the sensation the beautiful sensation the sensational feeling good the sensation of being in a state of relaxation Allow this to expand in the next few moments expand to all the cells in your body the organs in your body But also to the energy that is around you so be very mindful of the energy that is around your physical body so what some people call the aura or the life energy that's flowing all around your physical body Just be aware that this energy is vibrant more blissful more connected to the beautiful energy that's part of the universe the ecosystem the vibrancy that is the universe As you come back into alignment to the positive within you connect more easily to the positive that is around You can just imagine this if it's not so very tangible for you if you are just sitting in stillness you can imagine this joy this blissful joy expanding and as you connect to the universe you're in this state of expansion that allows for healing Just remaining still for a few moments so that this healing transforms the body that also transforms the energy within your body so that you're in this creative flow in the state of creativity in the state of flow Just being still for a few moments and integrating this experience in your meditation and be aware that as you come back to these deeper states of consciousness you are also in touch with a deeper state of consciousness that shows itself in your everyday life type situations So even if there are things that you need to do and you're busy you will experience moments where you are in touch with this creative flow you will realize that your meditation your practice continues in your everyday life Deep breath and enjoying the stillness for a few more moments.
