Galileo You You It's taking a few moments to come back to the breath come back to the flow of the breath and the flow within the cosmos As we breathe in the breath of life as we breathe in The spirit into every cell of our bodies there is a transforming of cosmic energy that happens an intelligence that begins to communicate to all parts of our being in a way that The mind just cannot understand The mind is of course limited to time and space as we understand it in a conceptual way but as we Intuit this cosmic energy Then the intelligence that's within the flow begins to reveal itself on so many levels the non visible becomes visible as we Flow through the experience not with Once or needs or desires,
But just with the learning that happens And with every breath that learning becomes more dynamic It's almost like a resonance that Helps the cosmic energy field to vibrate in a certain way.
So we recognize that that is the reflection of truth so when we sit in stillness we Recognize that that stillness within our thoughts or deep within our feelings or deep within that is reflected everywhere as we sit in nature,
We recognize the stillness as we look up towards the cosmos and just Gaze at the stars.
There is a stillness but the stillness is not just a lack of audible sound or even activity mental activity,
But it's like music and the symphony of this cosmic intelligence begins to Communicate to parts of ourselves that we are not in touch with hence why Meditation is so important.
Hence why sitting in stillness Breathing and then as you breathe out just letting go Opening up as you let go opening up to a deeper stillness within opening up to the sacred sound the mantra that you're repeating open up opening up to all and everything Opening up to the experience that you're having this beautiful experience through just Being being present to the transformation that's happening everywhere So let us practice coming back to this stillness stillness simply means that you observe In a mindful aware way you observe what is going on your thoughts And just see them as thoughts your feelings and just see those as feelings without attaching yourself or reacting to Whatever it is that is coming up to the surface just observe As you observe let go on the out breath let go So you're breathing out relaxing Just letting go into this sort of mystical space of stillness Repeating in a non audible way repeating the sacred sound Shem or whichever mantra that is important for you Deep breath Breathing in Breathing out Letting go You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You Deep breath The mind is distracting you there's feelings that come up somewhere in the background Just keep reminding yourself to gently come back to the breath to move deeper Deeper into insight into the awareness of communication the frequency of communication beyond Concepts beyond feelings from the depth of your being You You You You You You You You You You You You you you you gave me yesterday Deep breath,
So wonderful to create this space space to just be present to the invisible that sometimes is so very important for our sense of well-being,
The elements,
The beauty around us.
As we move our attention inwards,
The awareness of the invisible world creates a connection to cosmic intelligence.
Begin to realize slowly,
Slowly that there is so much more to being a human being than just the busy mental noise that sometimes happens when we're caught in this modern world.
Maybe today is an intention creating clear focus to be open and receptive to insights,
Insights that help you to come back to more than just what your mind is telling you,
To come back to this cosmic intelligence that manifests itself as creation.
So when you see a beautiful sunset or when you see something just inspiring in the material sense,
That is a reflection of this cosmic intelligence.
So when we know and recognize this deep within our hearts,
Then everything begins to make sense.
There is a connection,
There is a symbiosis.
And part of the symbiosis is to always remember that we are connected to everything and everything is connected to everything,
No matter what your mind is telling you.
The noisy chaos that sometimes is part of our human experience is just what it is,
It's a noisy background sort of entertainment that happens.
It's not your true identity.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Just spending a few moments being present to this intention,
To recognize and be aware,
Connected to the creative within life.
Deep breath.
