Miracle Of Consciousness

Meditation is a practice as ancient as time itself that offers a gateway to inner wisdom and serenity. In this first in a series of Premium Insight Timer talks my intention is to allow the listener to move into the deep stillness possible to access as we venture inward, and transcend the distractions of the external world. You will learn practical tools for contemplation from within, an intentional breathing practice, how to bring love to the Earth, to receive a healing frequency meditation, and to invite the divine presence into each breath.
