Meditation is a practice as ancient as time itself that offers a gateway to inner wisdom and serenity. In this first in a series of Premium Insight Timer talks my intention is to allow the listener to move into the deep stillness possible to access as we venture inward, and transcend the distractions of the external world. You will learn practical tools for contemplation from within, an intentional breathing practice, how to bring love to the Earth, to receive a healing frequency meditation, and to invite the divine presence into each breath. Welcome,
Beloved friends.
Thank you for joining me today,
And thank yourselves for the gift of transformation.
You are giving yourself this time and space to be nurtured by your inner knowledge and spiritual practice.
In the tranquil depths of our inner being,
Where the eternal silence reigns supreme,
We come to acknowledge the sacred interplay as a revelation that makes itself known in the energetic connections between breath and spirit.
As seekers of profound spiritual insight,
We recognize that when we are agitated,
Our breath mirrors unrest within,
Yet in the sacred realm of the present moment we attain the wisdom to rewire our being,
Embracing a deep and harmonious respiration that connects us to divine essence.
A true seeker,
Endowed with intelligence and spiritual qualities,
Discerns the profound significance of the breath as an instrument of divine orchestration.
It becomes a guiding principle that orchestrates divine order whenever the seeker traverses the spiritual landscape.
In this beautiful journey,
Let us contemplate important gateways to knowledge and focus our attention within,
So as to resonate with the divine symphony.
Here are some questions that open the gateway of spiritual knowledge.
Feel free to add more if intuition reveals more contemplation gateways,
But here is a starting point.
Take a moment,
Relax,
And from a heartfelt connection to the curious within you,
Ask,
Can we gently but deliberately invite the divine presence into each breath,
Infusing it with sacred purpose and wisdom?
Take a moment,
Another deep breath,
And ask yourself,
Within the sacred temple of our being,
Where does the essence of divine breath rest in our bodies as it beckons us to dwell in its serenity?
Take a moment,
Deep breath,
And ask yourself,
As we surrender to stillness,
Can we release the physical and spiritual tensions allowing the divine breath to flow effortlessly?
Take a moment,
Deep breath,
And ask yourself,
Free of effort,
With unyielding courage,
How do we confront and release the fears that hinder us from fully surrendering to the divine flow?
Take a moment,
Deep breath,
And ask yourself,
In the sacred sanctum of our heart,
What can we relinquish,
Trusting that inner peace and divine providence will embrace us?
Take a moment,
Deep breath,
Let us embody the certainty of divine grace,
Recognizing that it is the eternal support that sustains us through every breath,
Fostering a profound sense of well-being.
Take a moment,
Open up,
Breathe in,
Embracing the divine dance of existence,
What would our souls yearn to express in joyful service?
Embodying the divine abundance that surrounds us,
How do we dance and celebrate this abundance here on this earthly dimension?
These are beautiful questions that help us to focus on contemplation.
From within a practical perspective,
Make sure to have the below ready for this journey.
These supportive tools that I will share with you have helped thousands deepen their practical and tangible practice of consciousness.
In this sacred pilgrimage,
The following can help us on our quest.
A beautiful journal and a special pen,
As we gently become observers of divine revelations from the depths of our hearts,
It is important to acknowledge in writing,
Or even painting,
In some form of communication,
That you are receiving a gift,
And that you are celebrating this gift.
Now carry this journal and special pen as an extension of the revelations that we trust as guidance.
Carry these at all times over these next few weeks,
For divine insights may whisper softly in the stillness of the present moment.
It is also important to prepare a sacred space for contemplation that is tidy and inspiring,
Where you sit with perfect ease,
Aligning your spiritual posture with the eternal now.
It's not about the physical structure of your body,
It's about the energetic flow that happens within you.
This is important as you reach out to those special moments of deep contemplation or deep meditation.
In those moments of deep meditation and union,
Know that you are blessed and rest within the frequency of the sacred sound,
Shem,
Shem.
This ancient Aramaic sound connects us to the gifts that we are able to receive in a way that is open and receptive.
I have clarified the meaning and the structure and the frequency of this sacred mantra many times,
But what is most important is your practice,
Deep breaths,
As you breathe out,
Repeating the sacred sound of Shem,
And then breathing in,
Evoking the sacred connection with sound frequencies,
The symphony that is the universe.
Visualize a nurturing blanket of light enveloping your being in divine warmth as you receive the gifts,
The abundance of gifts from within the universe.
Trust.
Find a cushion to support your spiritual posture,
Especially of trust.
Sit up,
Make sure your shoulders are relaxed and that you're supporting a posture that says yes,
That acknowledges the abundance of the universe here on this physical dimension.
Remember to hydrate.
This is so very important as we move deeper into the realm of transformation.
Maybe have a full glass of water,
Or even better,
A jug,
And bless this water by repeating the mantra Shem three times as you hold the bottle,
The jug,
The glass,
And channel these frequencies into the water.
This will refresh your physical body as we embark on this deep and profound spiritual journey,
And know from deep within gratitude that you are a gift,
That your essence,
Light,
Is this beautiful gift that helps us individually,
But also helps the unified field of consciousness.
Now maybe repeat this.
May our unified field of consciousness reflect the serenity of inner stillness,
Inviting the divine to dwell in our hearts.
Repeat this,
Or write it down as your intention.
Have this as an intention that slowly becomes a resilient foundation supporting us every step of the way.
With open hearts and awakened minds,
Let us embrace the spirit of this glorious age that we are exploring,
Not time as such,
But the manifestation of meaning within this space that we are so blessed to be a part of.
Let our curiosity and intelligence venture into this spiritual discovery,
Anchored in the grace of divine presence.
Here is a practice that you may find helpful.
This is one of the meditations that I share with you.
This is the first meditation,
Which is an active practice that may be helpful at different times of your day or your night.
It's very useful,
Very profound,
Very helpful,
But only through your practice will such wisdom become more and more clear.
Now this is the first meditation.
The second meditation is a frequency meditation that carries within it a healing resonance,
A resonance that connects you to deeper parts of your energy system.
The first meditation has to do with the breath,
So very important.
We go deeper into why the breath is so very fundamental in transformation,
But for now let us practice.
Practice by first communicating to yourself,
Reminding yourself that even if it's easy to become overwhelmed and shut down,
Closing our hearts isn't helpful to anyone,
Not to yourself,
Not to the world,
Not to your energy,
Not to the very core structure of your being.
So this meditation,
This transmission is focused on strengthening our inherent capacity for compassion and courage,
The inner qualities that sustain us when we meet the various challenges and engage in those challenges on so many different dimensions within this world.
The breath is a space of awareness.
The natural in and out breath is the starting point for conscious awareness.
Our breathing links us with the world,
The world around us,
Inside out,
Outside in.
On an energy level,
What we're doing,
It's very subtle,
But you'll notice through your practice what we're doing,
What we're all doing,
We're sending our own energy out into the world and taking in whatever energies are coming at us,
Hence the importance of conscious awareness.
Most of us live in a state of survival,
In a state of habitual actions,
So what we do is not truly a part of what we want.
What we do,
We do to survive.
What we do,
We do to just move on to the next moment without thinking,
Without being aware,
Without being conscious of what that means.
Now remind yourself that we are not separate from the multi-dimensional manifestation of this mundane world.
We are linked,
But we can be different.
We can embody consciousness within our energy in a very different way through spiritual practice.
In this spiritual practice,
We can send out things that bring existence and humanity happiness,
Such as love,
Positivity,
Kindness,
Strength,
And loving support.
We do this on the out-breath and as we do this,
We're breathing in those qualities a thousand times more powerfully into our being,
So the qualities of love that we send out through the out-breath to the world,
We're breathing in a thousand times more powerfully.
You will feel this in your heart,
You will sense this in your body,
In your energy.
Remember,
We do this on the out-breath,
As we breathe out,
We breathe out the love that we have for humanity,
We breathe out the love that we have for existence,
It is especially auspicious to do this in the morning.
So you set the tone of joyous,
Happy,
Engaged spiritual practice,
You set this tone for the rest of your day,
This tone that infuses itself within your actions,
Even your survival actions,
Even your habitual actions.
It is an intentional,
Focused practice,
In such an intentional context,
Engage with this practice and be patient,
Rather than demand instant confirmation or results,
Deepen and affirm your understanding over time,
Patience.
Now here is the meditation,
Let us practice,
Deep breath,
Sit quietly,
Relax and breathe simply and naturally,
Let go of needs,
Wants and distractions,
Let go of the past and the future and of everyday worrisome thinking and planning,
Be still,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in deeply,
Breathe out and let go.
Now let the inhalation dissolve within,
And let the exhalation dissolve without.
Begin this practice very slowly,
By focusing on your breath,
Deep breath in,
Dissolving within this beautiful state of consciousness as you breathe in the unified field of consciousness,
Breathe out,
Dissolving all your thoughts,
All your feelings,
So that the out-breath is a channel of focused intention,
Focus on your breath.
Now recognize the positive energy as bright,
Cool and refreshing,
Light shining deep within all and everything,
And send it to this beautiful planet,
You're breathing out into the space around you,
This earthly planet,
You're breathing out with the earthly dimension of this planet,
Out-breath,
Planet breathing out,
Expanding to all earthly dimension,
Do this on the exhalation,
As you breathe out,
Send out love to all who need this connection to divine presence,
Send it to the earthly dimension of our beautiful planet,
I love the trees,
I love the earth,
I love the lakes,
The streams,
I love the clouds,
Focus on extending the out-breath to all and everything,
Become aware and conscious of divine presence within your out-breath,
Deep breath,
As you breathe out,
Send out love to all who need this connection to divine presence,
To divine presence in all and everything,
To the creative force within divine presence that manifests the abundance of existence,
As you breathe in,
Breathe in the light of consciousness,
Embrace embrace the divine presence you're connected to in this unified field of consciousness,
Embrace divine presence as a creative force that is awakening your heart within this beautiful moment,
The in-breath is quiet and still,
Practice this a few times,
Take your time,
Be guided by your intuition,
And when you're ready,
Return to the simplicity of just resting and breathing for a few moments,
And then stay connected to gratitude,
Maybe bringing the palms of your hands to the heart area,
Grateful,
Deeply grateful,
You may wish to write in your journal,
You may wish to create a space where you're open to the revelations that now gently communicate to you,
On the many different dimensions of communication,
We will now prepare for the second meditation,
The frequency meditation,
Make sure that you are present to the audible sounds and the non-audible sounds of this frequency,
As a healing transmission happens,
Be open and receptive to all and everything that helps you to recognize that we are in a state of flow,
And the mind is attached or holding on to a worry or a thought,
A negative thought,
That is not our true nature,
We are in a state of flow,
Just like the breath,
Just like the movement within the cosmos,
Just like the symphony of frequencies that we sometimes are aware of in moments where we are awakened to the real nature of existence,
Take a few moments now to listen,
To be present,
To embody those healing frequencies that every cell in your body is touched by,
Every little cell and the structure within the cell of your body is touched by the beautiful frequency that you may be listening to,
But most importantly that you're sensing deep within your energy,
