You you you Sometimes it's very important to have those moments in your life where you can just gather your thoughts and relax into the moment and just allow the creative flow within to integrate your experience,
Your experience of the previous days,
Your experience that you are connecting to as you allow the mind to relax and as you allow the body to relax into a deeper state of meditation.
Today's meditation is about creating this space for integration so that the many things that we know and the many things that we're getting to know and learn more about become part of this coherent flow that makes sense to the mind even if we don't understand everything.
There is a sense of meaningfulness in our experience that we connect to as we integrate the many experiences that we have throughout the day,
Throughout the week,
Throughout the months,
The years,
Just coming back to this wonderful stillness within.
Deep breath as you close your eyes and just without effort allow for the creative flow to guide you.
Deep breath.
You You You You You You You Deep breath as you relax and let go of tension.
Breathing out Extending the out breath so that your body relaxes into this moment.
You You You You You You Deep breath as you relax into this moment letting go of the minds need to explore or to fall into thoughts about the future or thoughts about the past.
Letting go and just enjoying being present to the energy within this moment.
Deep,
Gentle breath.
You You You You You You You You You Deep breath Relaxing and letting go,
Enjoying the stillness of being.
You You You You You You As you breathe in and breathe out Just remind yourself today throughout your day whenever it gets too busy or whenever it gets too intense or too stressful,
Just remind yourself you have a choice to come back to this stillness within.
Just breathe in a relaxed way letting go.
And focus your energy and your thoughts and your feelings in a way where you're in alignment to the natural flow that is happening around you rather than to the reactions that your mind or your emotional body might be caught up within.
It's a matter of perspective as you step back and relax into this moment,
Create perspective which allows you to choose to continue focusing your energy in such a way where you're still and relaxed,
Calm and present.
As you continue for the next few moments integrating the experience of stillness,
Just making sure throughout your day that you remember to come back,
Even if it's just for a few moments,
Come back to this stillness deep within.
