You So just making sure that you're in a comfortable quiet place.
Just making sure if there are any gadgets or items that may disturb your meditation or practice that you either turn them off or that you make sure that they're not disturbing you.
Just making sure that as you breathe in and breathe out your body is very relaxed.
There is any tension in your body just consciously letting go of the tension coming back to the breath so that the breath flows deep into the abdomen.
Diaphragm relaxed,
The body upright,
The breath deep yet very still in its nature.
Just breathing in this way for a few moments.
Deep breath,
Relaxed abdomen,
Relaxed body,
Shoulders relaxed,
Chest open,
Body aligned,
In such a way where the breath just naturally flows.
Deep breath,
Simply being aware of the natural flow as you breathe in and breathe out.
Tension just simply being released,
Not just in the body but any thought or feeling that may be tense or constricted by agitation,
Stress,
Anxiety,
Pain,
Suffering.
Just letting that go for a moment and coming back to the natural flow of breath.
The natural flow that gives you a sense of energy,
A sense of life energy,
Life quality that becomes recognizable as you still the mind,
Still the body,
Still the emotions,
Come back in touch with this energy flow that's deep within the breath,
Deep within the body.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go the mundane and coming back to this profound stillness deep within.
Deep breath.
The space of spiritual practice,
Meditational practice is created through this intention coming back to the natural flow of life,
Coming back to that which allows for life to be live,
Vibrant,
Full of energy,
Full of quality,
Sense of meaningful profoundness can be experienced when you simply let go of the mundane world and come back to this flow,
This natural flow that is recognized by your breathing but also recognized by awareness being aware of itself.
So rather than focus on being aware of a specific thought or a specific feeling or specific situation or a specific experience,
Simply come back to being aware of that which is aware.
So it's almost as if that which you identify as the I within the self is looking at itself.
So rather than outwards there is an inwards movement of awareness presence rather than looking at all the many changing circumstances around you,
The many changing thoughts or feelings that you may be experiencing,
You're looking at that which is creating those experiences,
The essential quality that is beyond those experiences.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
It's almost as if you look into this space that is expanding but at the same time internal,
It's internal beyond the outer perceptions of the mundane.
There is an inner world that is very expansive,
Full of space and full of energy and vibrancy.
As you still the mind and still the emotions,
Still the body and the nervous system,
Then it's quite natural to come back into this flow,
To align yourself with the natural rhythm that is not just in the breath but that is flowing throughout all aspects of your being,
Not just your body but also the essential qualities within the mind and the essential qualities within the emotional body and the nervous system body.
You come back to the essential qualities and it becomes very clear that this creative expansive space can go far beyond just the mundane aspect of thinking or experiencing life.
It becomes very clear to the eye that recognizes itself that you can quantum leap into the space that is full of potential.
This space is not out there,
This space is here.
As you embody this nowness,
This eeriness of being,
Then it becomes very clear that there isn't really any tension,
There isn't any need to push yourself anywhere because you are already here,
You are already in now.
There is nowhere to go,
There is no aspect to reach out for.
Your potential is manifest in this present moment.
Even if your mind doesn't recognize or comprehend or connect to that which is your potential,
The journey begins without your recognition,
Without your understanding but journey begins here in this present moment.
Sometimes it takes a little while for the mind to relax enough to recognize this.
Sometimes it takes a little while for the emotional body to recognize this.
So be patient as you continue connecting to this present moment.
Be patient as you open up through your patience,
Through your compassionate communication to yourself and to the world,
As you open up and become more receptive.
Imagine that you are in this beautiful place,
A very still mystical forest,
Full of trees,
Vibrant,
Green and alive,
Full of aroma,
Full of structure,
Full of elements that your body or being recognizes,
Connects to.
As you walk through the forest,
Your feet recognize the earth and connect to the structure of the earth.
It's almost as if the energy of the earth speaks to this essential quality that is present here in this beautiful forest.
Even if the mind and the emotions do not understand the actual experience,
They fall into the experience as you relax and let go and honor the space,
Your feet connected to the earth,
Grounded,
Energized by the elements that gently transmit their messages,
These beautiful elements,
Gently transmit their messages to the cells of your body,
To every cell in your body.
The same healing,
The same vibration of aliveness slowly unfolds within every cell,
Within every organ of your body.
As the transmission of healing happens from all the elements through your feet,
Connecting all cells,
Communicating within the very physical structure of your body,
From a space,
Deep stillness,
Communicating the essential quality of healing that you may now recognize in your body.
Deep breath.
As you continue to walk deeper into the forest,
Be aware that the space around you is full of aroma as you breathe in more deeply,
As you breathe in to your abdomen,
As you relax your body.
It's almost as if you can recognize the various aromas of the forest,
The freshness,
The aliveness,
The oxygen,
The various healing elements being released into the forest by the trees.
You can smell these as you breathe deeply into your body and not only can you smell these wonderful aromas,
But you can easily connect to the healing quality that is within these elements as you breathe more deeply and become more present to those qualities through recognition,
As you recognize the various beautiful trees just through breathing in the pine,
The smell of pine,
The smell of the oxygen that is being released into the atmosphere,
The healing qualities of the various trees that you breathe.
The aroma as you breathe,
The aroma of these trees as you breathe more deeply into your body becomes very clear,
Communicates to you in a very clear way.
There is a stillness,
Quietness that happens as we connect,
As we human beings connect to nature.
Deep breath as you continue walking through the forest,
Perhaps becoming aware of the palms of your hands and so you are breathing in not just the air but you're also sensing the structure,
The space of the forest in all its pureness and all its vibrancy.
Your body recognizes the various elements of healing that are present within this moment.
Deep breath as you continue walking deeper into the forest,
You're coming slowly back home to yourself,
Quality within yourself known as awareness,
Presence that is now connecting to the vibration of life,
The vibration of the trees being communicated to you and the elements being released through the earth,
The elements being released through the air and also in the elements of warmth that you are now gently accessing through the palms of your hands.
As you continue to walk deeper into the forest,
You listen to the sounds,
You hear wonderful sound of a stream gently,
Gently,
Gently creating this relaxing wonderful sound as you listen,
It's almost as if you're listening to your own breath,
Very gentle,
The stream is just like a brook,
Water just gently cascading down very little tiny stones,
So the sound is almost musical.
As you walk closer to the spring,
This essential quality that is within,
It's almost as if you see that this water,
This water that you are listening to,
This water that you can smell,
This water that you can sense in your body,
It's not just pure and clear but it's also fundamental for all life,
Gives you this connectedness,
Imparts to you a sort of connectedness with the forest that you will recognize in the next few moments as you move closer to this beautiful stream,
Recognize that this is a natural spring,
The water is very pure and you can almost smell the pureness of the water,
There is a certain freshness that is so very clear,
You begin to drink some of this spring water,
Just a little few drops,
Just a few drops,
You can almost taste the forest,
Taste the forest in this pure water,
The quality of the forest and as you connect to the vibration of water,
The element water,
You're connecting to your own body,
Our bodies are full of this element,
Every cell is bathing within this element,
As the healing qualities of the spring connect to the cells of your body and to all aspects of your being,
Recognize that there is a certain stillness that naturally happens right now,
Where you are more connected to the vibration of life,
Simply experience this deep breath you you
