You you you Making sure that the space around you is conducive to help support your meditational practice As you breathe in and breathe out just take a moment to center down Come back to this space within where awareness is much more present much more connected to the flow you As you breathe in and breathe out Just let go let go of those thoughts and feelings and enjoy the flow Enjoy the flow of your breath enjoy just being connected to the movement that is happening within your body As you breathe in and breathe out Relax any tension that may be present in the body that you might be aware of as you relax into the flow deep breath breathing in and relaxing on the out breath deep breath Letting go of the need to do anything just relaxing into a state of being Just be the flow be connected to the flow be part of the flow expand into the flow you As you breathe in and breathe out so wonderful just to close your eyes And sink into this centered feeling the centered space of awareness Where the self the ego self the Self that is constantly reflecting upon all things that are going on Just relaxes into an expanded state of awareness known as consciousness Consciousness is not an activity.

It's rather letting go into this flow letting go that allows you to expand beyond the mind ego perspectives that so very often manipulate or control perspectives and Understandings of whatever it is your experience might be letting that go just Going a little bit deeper.

It's almost like falling into a deep state of sleep You are still present but on a very different dimension of consciousness your presence Expands into the infinite space that is known as unity oneness Without effort just letting go allowing for the flow to guide you You You Deep breath You Incentions and constrictions on the out breath letting go Relaxing sinking into a sense of being centered here within the flow here in this moment within the flow Extending the duration of the out breath so there is time to let go deep full out breath relaxing letting go Extending the duration of the out breath So that it's much longer than the in breath at least 30 40 percent longer than the in breath Deep relaxed flow You You You Relaxing into the flow if you find your mind wandering off into thoughts or into feelings distracted by situations around you Simply come back to this Wonderful sensation in the body the flow of your breath As you relaxed as you relax and extend the out breath So that it's longer in duration just sense yourself sinking into this deep deep state of consciousness That expands your awareness into the infinite space that is all around you Deep stillness You You Deep breath Relaxing into this beautiful flow You may wish to visualize this expansion of consciousness this sensation of moving into stillness into a centered stillness you may wish to visualize imagine that this sensation this sensation of expansion this sensation of Transcendence is luminous like light this beautiful luminous light Expanding into the infinite space that is all around you That you're open and receptive to the flow Actively open and receptive to the flow of energy within as you breathe in and relax Your body is open and receptive as you breathe in and relax your emotional body is open and receptive as You breathe in and relax Your mind is open and receptive as you breathe in and relax,

Your energy is open and receptive to this beautiful luminous light that guides you,

Helps you to remember the truth of who you are,

The truth of your being.

Deep breath as you relax into stillness.

Deep breath.

This beautiful luminous light within the universe reflects back to you the positive thoughts,

The positive feelings,

The positive joy of just being that slowly you begin to recognize,

Slowly you begin to be more conscious of in your meditational practice,

In your spiritual practice,

But also in everyday type situations beyond the activity,

The manifestation of activity that happens in your life,

Whether it be communication with someone,

Whether it be an experience of something beyond the material manifestation of such,

There is a light that shines very bright within and as you recognize this light then the spiritual learning,

The spiritual understanding of your experience becomes part of the flow,

Becomes part of this awareness consciousness that continues to expand as you live your life in a more conscious way.

Deep breath as you relax into stillness.

Deep breath.

You may wish to continue for a few more moments integrating the meditation,

Coming back to the sense of connection,

The sense of unity,

The sense of oneness within and also to all parts of manifestation,

All aspects of manifestation.

Take a few moments and at the end of your meditation remember just to write a few positive affirmations in your journal.
