You you you you Making sure that you are in a comfortable place away from distractions and interruptions and making sure that you are sitting in a comfortable way so that your posture is relaxed and upright As you come back to this wonderful stillness,

This wonderful meditational attitude where all things,

Whatever thoughts or feelings,

Whatever experiences that you may be having,

All things can now just be received and understood from a level of consciousness.

A level of consciousness that is still and peaceful.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Allow for this more relaxed,

More quiet stillness to continue expanding beyond your body,

Beyond your thoughts,

Beyond your feelings,

Into the space and atmosphere that is around you.

In the room,

Wherever your thoughts go,

Wherever your feelings reach out for,

Just make sure to extend this inner stillness,

This atmosphere of inner stillness into the space.

Deep breath.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Almost begin to imagine that this stillness is being breathed into every part of your being,

Everywhere.

Not just your thoughts and feelings coming back to this level of stillness that is tangible and real,

But also it's almost as if you are able to breathe through wonderful breath that you are bringing back into your body in a very conscious way.

You are able to breathe through a level of stillness that is very tangible for every cell within your body,

For every organ within your body.

It's almost as if your body relaxes from within.

It's almost as if stillness expands from within your being.

Deep breath.

The stillness extends to all aspects of your being.

It's almost as if the heart recognizes this stillness in all aspects of your experience,

Of all aspects of life.

Whatever you are thinking,

Whatever you are feeling,

Whatever you are experiencing,

The heart recognizes a quality of stillness that allows the heart to rest and feel as if it has come back home.

Experience as if this stillness is home.

There's nothing to do,

Nothing to struggle for,

Nothing to push,

Nothing to get tense about,

Nothing to worry about.

Your home and all,

All that you can recognize coming back home is this stillness within everything.

All the rest is unimportant.

Just objects and thoughts and feelings that are far removed from this point of stillness that you are now connected to.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

It's almost as if with every breath that you breathe into your body,

It's almost as if the very core of your structure,

The way that you recognize reality contains within it a vibration of stillness.

So it's almost as if the structure solidifies and becomes tangible around this very core essential quality of stillness.

And you recognize that this new connection to your inner being offers a very effective way to just explore the many dimensions of experience.

As you explore awareness and the mind and the state of mind that now comes back to deep inner stillness,

The thoughts and their vibrations transform as you recognize from within stillness awareness of thinking from a very different perspective.

It's almost as if the thoughts are happening the same way the quality of your thinking changes simply because this inner stillness means that whatever in previous times,

Whatever in the past,

Naturally created tension,

Naturally created a sense of agitation because the thoughts were disturbing or painful.

Just notice now that all the very core vibration of thinking changes so thoughts are relaxed,

Thoughts are just flowing in such a way where there is no more of this tension in the background.

So the thoughts are there drifting,

Coming and going just like wonderful movement,

Just like a wonderful flow.

You're not really needing to attach to an agitation or attention.

Just watch as if you're watching something come closer at one moment.

This is my fault.

Then the next moment,

You're just relaxing,

Letting go.

That thought just disappeared.

So it's almost as if awareness is more easy going.

Awareness is not so challenged by tension.

Just relax into the rhythm of thinking that is very different from the everyday thinking that sometimes worries and stresses create.

It's just an easy flow of thoughts,

Creative thoughts,

Just thoughts,

Memories coming and going.

You're just observing this from the stillness within awareness.

Awareness is much more than just looking at things.

Awareness now becomes almost like a journey into quiet within consciousness.

It's almost as if you sink back home into the heart.

The heart just still relaxed,

Just enjoying this expansive state of awareness.

The very easy going way.

There is no tension anywhere.

So the thoughts that come and go are just part of this deeper relaxation,

Deeper stillness.

You're more open,

More receptive simply because awareness extends beyond just this or that.

This wellness is if the very core structure of your brain,

What is known as the second brain,

Which extends into your body.

You can actually sense when you're relaxed,

Sense when the shoulders and hips and different parts of the body relax.

So nervous system relaxes in the same way.

You almost notice that the structure of your body relaxes,

Thoughts,

So that there is a natural flow in the atmosphere of thinking.

Just observe this within yourself from this wonderful state of tranquility,

Stillness.

It's a wonderful state which can be appreciated and celebrated in this way.

Just by relaxing and letting go and giving space for this expansive state to embody within this field of stillness,

Not just your thoughts but also your feelings and the energy around your feelings.

Deep inside,

Any tension,

Any frustration,

Any worry,

Any stress that may be happening in the background relaxes also.

So stillness is if the subconscious aspect of the brain begins to relax in such a way where not only are you letting go of the tension and feelings that may be obvious,

Have come up to the surface and shown themselves in an obvious way,

But also the subconscious feelings relax in this way where there is no need to hold on to tension or stress anymore.

So it almost feels like you're coming back home to a very beautiful place.

The experience of coming back home happens not just on a mental level,

It's not just that your mind relaxes,

Not just on a basic emotional level but on a very deep emotional level.

You come back home to a space that recognizes this stillness.

Deep breath.

As you continue to allow this flow of energy,

This relaxed flow of energy to expand,

From the state of awareness to expand into consciousness,

Into the atmosphere that is around you,

Recognize that not only are you coming back home to beautiful space of the heart and resting within the space,

Relaxing within the space,

But recognize that the energy,

The subtle energy that is even beyond the subconscious level of feeling,

Or even beyond the subconscious level of thinking,

The energy or central quality of energy within your being,

Within your structure,

Begins to relax in a very tangible way.

So it's almost as if not only are you relaxing your being,

But all that is around you relaxes.

So the energy around you,

Whatever energies around you that may be affecting you at work or at home,

Somewhere in the constellation within a family setting or social group setting,

Or partner or people that you know,

Or just the world in general,

The flow of energy that comes from that space begins to relax.

So not only are you relaxing from deep within your inner being,

But the constellations around you begin to relax in the same way.

So it's almost as if you extend this stillness,

Peacefulness out into the space that is around you.

The space around you extends and reflects back the stillness within you.

So everything becomes okay.

It's almost as if your perspective just changes due to this deep inner stillness your perspective changes.

All that created your perspective previously becomes less important.

So any tension or any negative thought or any pain or suffering from your past,

Any worry about your future,

No longer reflects your connection to the world.

No longer reflects this connection that you have with the world.

As you let that go,

As you let the tension within those aspects of your perception go,

Then those physical structures around you begin to change,

Not just because you are changing,

But because those structures are reflecting now or referencing from a very different perspective than previously.

So it's as if when you come back home to your heart,

The world comes back home to the universal heart.

Not only are you resting within the still,

Quiet space within your heart,

It's almost as if the world can rest in a more still way,

A more peaceful way.

Energy changes on all dimensions,

All levels,

As you breathe in and breathe out and let go of whatever it is that removes you or creates a separation from this space that I call the heart.

As you let that go,

The wisdom within the heart,

The knowledge within the heart becomes obvious and tangible and real on all levels,

Not just as a conceptual understanding of what is going on,

But also as an experiential connection to what is going on.

So everything comes back to its natural state of stillness.

As we let go of agitation,

The agitation of the world just becomes much less obvious,

Much less important,

And relaxes,

Eventually relaxes.

There's nothing that you need to do as you let go.

Already you have done all that you need to do as you let go of the tension and the stress.

You just simply come back to clear focus from within this still space,

And already everything falls into place.

Deep breath as you continue to breathe in,

Embracing and opening up and being receptive to this beautiful stillness that you are now aware of.

As you continue to breathe out,

Letting go of tension,

Letting go of any physical,

Emotional or mental structure that may be creating restlessness or tension as you let that go.

Breathing in more stillness.

Continue to do this for as long as you wish,

For a few more moments,

Ten,

Fifteen more minutes.

Just enjoy and celebrate this receptive state,

This receptive state that allows for stillness and peacefulness to be your meditational attitude.

Deep breath as you continue letting go,

As you continue embracing the world from stillness.
