So,

To come back to the wisdom.

Or the reality of experience.

The process of meditation is as simple as letting go of our attachments to the future and our attachments to the past.

So as we do this,

As we let go,

Perhaps of a thought that limits or creates a constriction around our perception of reality,

Thought of the past saying perhaps that you're not good enough or that the situation is difficult.

If we let that go,

The situation remains difficult,

The situation remains full of many challenges that are requiring much more than just a positive attitude,

Requiring an active participation from the space of freedom,

From the space of consciousness to address the realities of the situation.

But the realities of the situation go far beyond our thinking.

So when we finally come back,

When we finally tune into and come back to that which is really present in this moment,

We recognize that all life and the energies of life that sustain this wonderful reality creation,

This wonderful expansive reality consciousness,

Far,

Far,

Far outweighs the perceptions,

The negative perceptions that the mind has because of past experience,

Meaning that when we tune into all and everything that is here in this moment,

We're tuning into a reality of consciousness that supports this fundamental expansion that is happening everywhere.

So we can expand beyond those challenges and quantum leap into a dimension that is not only supportive,

But it is part of our essential nature,

Meaning that we're coming back home to a heartfelt reality that is far beyond the mind reality that we sometimes get lost in.

So that is the one short sentence of the major points that we've covered in the series of satsangs transmissions.

So the practice of coming back to this moment is the real,

Real work.

We can understand it,

We can think about it,

And there are many mystical schools that have written information that are very useful,

Poetry and transmitted all sorts of wisdoms that remain wonderfully applicable in today's world,

But in the end,

Without practice,

All these things don't really have much meaning because we cannot comprehend their meaning through just thinking,

Thoughts.

We need to put into practice the practice.

This means that the meditation that you put into practice,

The meditation that you open yourself to,

Is coming back to acknowledging that the meditative state is a state whereby consciousness leads the way rather than your thoughts or your reactive perceptions of your thoughts,

Your feelings.

When consciousness is the true reference of your meditation,

This means that you are here.

Consciousness is not something that you can place in a little box and say,

Yes,

That is where I need to go.

So if you are sitting in meditation,

Just like now,

You are breathing in and breathing out and letting go of all the mundane thoughts that are happening in the background,

This means that you just observe them for what they are.

Say,

Okay,

My mind is thinking,

And you come back to the energy that is present here in this moment,

The energy that is present in the stillness of this moment,

Beyond the sounds and beyond the activities of the mind,

There is this very quiet point within.

As you come back here to this quiet point,

You are really coming back home.

So if it is difficult to understand what this stillness,

Quietness is all about,

Simply imagine that you are coming back home,

That you are here,

That all the things that you need to look after,

All those little things that need your attention can wait,

Because you are just here in this moment,

You are just letting go of all those things and embracing the qualities that are within this moment.

This means that you are embracing the wonderful movement of breath.

So as you breathe in and breathe out,

All those tensions that sometimes create a signature within your breathing,

Those tensions that sometimes create a pattern of breathing that has nothing to do with this moment,

It is more connected to the future or the past,

The fears of the past or the anxieties of the future,

As you let that go,

What you are coming back to is a natural flow,

So your breathing naturally brings you back to this moment.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Letting go,

This wonderful flow allows you to recognize the qualities and the subtle energies of this moment.

A wonderful experience,

As it is almost as if you relax into a natural state of being,

No effort,

Simply letting go.

As you move deeper into consciousness you recognize that this flow is present everywhere,

Not just in your breath but also in the cells of your body,

In the organs within your body,

Your whole body,

The muscles and all the ligaments and all aspects of the body,

Just relax into this natural state of being.

It's wonderful to let go into this natural state of being,

No effort,

No tension in the muscles,

No posture that holds you and limits you to a mode of thinking that perhaps creates more reactive processes that perhaps create more energy drain.

By being here in this moment and relaxing into this natural flow of life energy that is your body when letting go of the mundane,

There is a natural expansion of energy.

You may sense this in your body,

The cells of your body,

The organs within your body,

More vital,

More alive,

More energized.

So as you breathe in and breathe out and relax into this moment and relax your body so that it is present and connected to this moment,

Not only does the energy within your body become more vitalized,

More energized,

But also there is a sense of expansion,

There is a sense where you can touch upon realities that are beyond what the senses recognize.

So it's almost as if the intuitive aspect of yourself reaches out there into space,

Into the spaciousness of wherever you're sitting,

The beautiful place around wherever you're sitting,

All the way up to the universe and this connection,

This expansion allows you to intuitively know that you are part of the universe,

You are connected to the universe and every aspect of the universe is in communication with you.

This state of oneness,

Bliss,

This state of connectedness allows you to recognize that you are not alone.

This is a realization that is so very important for the mind because the whole fundamental of the mind is the belief system that the mind is self-centered and alone and the world out there is something out there.

So when you recognize that such is a creation of the mind,

That you are part of the greater manifestation of life and life supports you in every way,

You begin to connect to the energies that create manifestations that support you in every way.

You begin to recognize that support in places that seemed invisible when the mind was self-centered.

You begin to recognize that not only are you not alone,

Not separate,

But this oneness is very much a celebration of consciousness so there is an element of joy,

Happiness and bliss in being connected,

Being grounded in this moment.

Deep breath.

Letting go of the mundane.

Just being in stillness for a few moments.

Deep breath.

As you continue in stillness,

In meditation,

The vibration of bliss,

The vibration of joy,

The vibration of happiness gently gets transmitted through the Who meditation.
