
Can Stress & Fear Outrun A Tsunami?

You you you you hello I hope you can hear me we continue with the daily satsangs,
The energy transmission making sure that you are ready ready to just sit in stillness or to lie down in stillness or just to be present to all aspects of yourself and the world in stillness making sure that there aren't any disturbances around that create a tension or a sense of stress that remove you from this state of stillness just allowing for this moment to celebrate itself without your input,
Without needing to change or hold on to or understand or figure out anything just coming back to a state of openness and receptivity where this moment is just being itself without your sense of I need to find out what's going on in this moment or pushing to understand what's going on in this moment you're simply here,
Present,
Aware and part of the energy transformation that is the celebration of this moment even if your mind doesn't understand,
Even if your sense of thinking space or conceptual space doesn't really comprehend this moment,
There is no need to make any sense of what's going on just simply be,
May sound contradictory to the mind as it always needs to understand what's going on it always needs to be there,
At least interacting or in control of the situation just to come back to stillness and allow the mind to experience this stillness means that there is a need,
There is an important intention to let go of this mind interference that is so very prevalent in the way that we communicate to the world and ourselves the mind can be still but only if the space is still the mind is very aligned to what is happening within the space if your space is cluttered with too many things then it is natural for the mind to try to sort them out to try to make sense of them,
To try to do something with them part of stillness is making sure that the space is not cluttered with too many emotions,
With too many thoughts,
With too many ideas,
With too many this and that's that the mind needs to engage within or be part of or create or chase or need or desire without a clear space,
The space is full of unclarity and all sorts of unclear thoughts and feelings that create all sorts of chaos within the mind if we know this then stillness is more than just a need or a desire for a few moments then stillness becomes an attitude and as long as our attitude is free of the clutter,
It's not part of the clutter,
It's not reacting because of the clutter it's just part of this stillness,
Then everything flows,
The space embraces the celebration of being the space is free so that transcendence,
Expansion happens quite naturally so as we sit in meditation if we notice that we're walking towards or heading towards or floating towards or getting pulled towards a space that is full of all sorts of baggage,
All sorts of things,
All sorts of situations,
All sorts of time spaces,
All sorts of physical energies,
All sorts of thoughts and feelings or more subtle energies then remain more aware,
Remain present to your awareness,
Come back to this more aware space and watch where you choose to go with your thoughts or with your feelings,
With your body,
With the energy of your body it's quite interesting and mystical to do this because most of the time we're not even aware of these subtle movements that happen within the energy space we only become aware once the more dense,
Dense aspects of sense register that something is going on,
Many things happen until the wave hits the shore but the wave didn't just originate right there on the shore,
It started out in the deep,
Deep parts of the ocean there are many factors that contributed to that wave growing in intensity,
Growing in strength and only the shore makes it clear that there is a wave in the ocean because that is the space of manifestation but prior to manifestation we can transform the space so if there are all sorts of tensions or stresses or hurricanes or earthquakes or intense moments happening out there deep in the ocean or around the depth of the ocean,
In the atmosphere or deep below the ocean,
On the ocean bed if there are things that are happening and we're aware simply because we've moved away from the dense aspect of just being aware of sensations when the wave hits the shore and we've moved our consciousness so that it embraces the whole space of manifestation not just the little one that makes sense to the mind at this moment but the whole space then we become aware of the subtle signals that are flowing and communicating to us in a very mystical way and it's so mystical that there is a sense of wow,
Life is much more than just the intense moments that tire me out or that create a sense of addiction because I want more of the same intensity or that just keep playing out in that very interesting way that has been termed as the natural forces of karma,
Natural forces of manifestation when we pull back away from such and just come back to consciousness to this moment here,
To this still moment that is within and the still moment expands not just within yourself but all around you and it doesn't mean that things stop flowing,
It just means you put things into perspective,
You see the big picture so you're not stuck there on the shore and as the waves hit the shore you're just thinking my gosh this is so difficult and if the wave is really not a wave at all but a tidal wave or even worse and you're running and you're spending all your energy not in awareness but in running away from the waves of course you have to do that if you're there and the wave is coming you can't say ok I'll on my way out of that and then you're thinking oh the wave is getting closer I'll on my little bit harder,
A little bit more intensely,
A bit more seriously and then the wave is sort of touching your feet and you'll find out in that moment you'll jump,
You'll forget all about the on or your meditation or your idea of dogmatic picture of what it means to meditate and you'll be running for your life can you imagine the wave there almost breaking on the shore and you're running thinking you know what's this about still point,
There is no still point within at that moment because you're running,
You're reactive,
You have already attached to the energy of the shore so at that point if this is what's going on you can't expect to just push the wave back and part the seas so that you can walk towards a peaceful manifestation of the ocean well you remember apparently it happened in biblical times then the sea parted and the storm abated and we were able to be saved as a species but it doesn't happen very often if it did we would see it more often not just in our historical religious,
What you call them religious information that have been passed down from generation to generation but we would see them happening but what we see happening today is that many people are on the shore and they're waiting for that big wave they're waiting even if they don't know they're waiting for that big wave their body knows there is a tension,
There is a sense of apprehension,
There is a sense of gosh something is going to happen but you sit there meditating thinking that well my meditation must help me through this situation the wave will get smaller if I meditate and sit there if I just imagine the wave is a little small wave then it will just lap at my feet and it won't do anything to me but inside you don't believe it there is this tension building up your mind says oh it's nothing to worry about your body says oh there is a lot to worry about your mind says oh it's just you tricking yourself creating this idea that there is a big wave the body is saying get ready move so you are not expanding into stillness but rather in a reactive mode of tension of stress so when this is the case do remember that there is only one possibility and it's not running away but it's addressing your mind in this moment addressing your mind in this moment so that it helps you so it's not creating tension by being in a reactive process but it helps you so if you need to run your whole body is with your mind running so that you speedily get to wherever you need to get to without the worry or the stress or the anxiety eating away different parts of your body whether it be your organs or your cells or your energetic body or if you feel tired if you feel exhausted if you feel unwell diseased remember you are on the shore running if you are running but your mind is saying there is nothing to worry about you're not being clear you're not being honest it's not that I'm saying you need to worry or agree with your body that you need to worry but you need to address your mind in this moment the mind needs to support your activity so that your activity is present from consciousness so look out at that which creates fear not the other way look out and observe what's going on as soon as you do this you begin to not just look at the waves that are there hitting the shore you begin to look at the atmosphere around the sea you know the clouds and the if there is a storm the storm and you begin to comprehend because there are messages within the atmosphere that you can pick up you might realize that ah that wasn't really the storm that I thought it was my mind was creating the storm because it was against going it was moving against all sorts of natural inclination towards a state of serenity a state of stillness this was creating this chaos this baggage that we all like to carry the space wasn't clear so I got caught in all the stuff but you look up beyond the stuff and you see in the atmosphere that the space is clearing up so the storm is actually abating the storm is moving away you can relax and if the storm isn't moving away you can have fun and just say let's run me my mind and every part of me let's just go for it you know like children do when they want to see who's fastest I want to run faster and then you put your whole being into running not just your legs but your whole body your whole feeling all your feelings there's not one feeling there oh if I run this will happen or should I run or debates happening within the mind your whole feeling is just do it and you jump up and sprint and you realize oh I'm on a beach but the beach is symbolic the storm is symbolic life is always reflecting back to you things that are happening deep within on a symbolic level and so your mind perceives those symbols and if those symbols interact or get caught with baggage with belief systems that limit your perspective to a limited idea that you can't you won't you're not good enough this that whatever it is that belief system that limits creates constrictions in the body that creates fear that creates sadness that creates anger that creates all sorts of reactive emotional turbulence that is not cleared and that is where the reflection happens from and those symbols that are within deep within your mind become attached the symbolic wisdom that is being communicated to you becomes attached to those perspectives that the mind is creating and so as soon as we create fear the waves rise out of the ocean very quickly as soon as we create sense of I can't then the world throws at you ten different challenges because it says you believe you can't let's see can't handle one challenge handle ten and you say I can't handle ten hundred challenges and it's not that there is any punishment it's just you are attached to the picture in your mind the belief system or whatever it is that limits your perspective so that it becomes manifest within the symbolic realm of communication that's happening all the time in this dimension of reality within the space the molecules find it more interesting the molecules within the space find it more interesting to attach to that picture of fear because there is a magnetism within fear and then manifests itself in situations that reflect to you your fear I'm afraid of spiders guess what big spider walks slowly into your room while you're asleep crawls under the blanket sits on your feet tickles your feet a little bit and you think oh whatever I forgot my socks on and then you move the blanket and there is the fear manifested saying hey you thought about me I'm here to say hello you think I have to move I have to run I have to change I'm moving out of Australia I'm moving out of Costa Rica I'm moving out of wherever it is spiders and yeah then you don't have spiders guess what you don't like those other creepy crawlies that live in these other places that don't have spiders and they come and manifest or perhaps it's not a creepy crawly that comes your way perhaps it's just life presenting itself in a way where you're faced with the fear internally so the pain say back pain you know people apparently back pain is normal today you know everyone goes to a chiropractor osteopath physio doctor back pain manifests in your body pain in the joints arthritis manifests in your body and says look this is a communication it doesn't mean that every time you are unwell that the manifestation is because you're not listening you're not open to the space that's around you but very often the energy that supports illness or disease is not listening to the stillness within not listening to the creative force that allows for the mind body emotions the energy of the body to be focused to be clear in such a way where the natural state of everything happens the natural state of everything is to come back to equilibrium if there is no equilibrium look at the reasons that are in your life right now whatever they may be physical manifestation and manifestations emotional manifestations or mental manifestations look at them now and see those as your spiritual teacher letting you know that this is where you can change this is where you can transform doesn't mean if you're unwell ok you get the flu and you have a fever what does it mean what am I not listening to what part of my body is encompassing this fear yeah of course the flu could be grief could be sadness it could be the process of letting go and very often it is but sometimes it's just the flu so manifestation that happens here in this world happens because of two things because of what you're thinking but if you're not thinking about those things and you're sure you're not thinking about those things if you don't hold on to fear or believe in the paradigm that you have that fear inbuilt within your body then fear has nothing to do with the manifestation of sickness then it's just nature then you can let go and come back more to this beautiful point within yourself where you are free on all levels so you're even free of your attachment to the flu so you watch the flu and you say that's interesting my body isn't really able to come back into equilibrium very quickly let me just observe the body as I would observe the ocean sometimes there is a storm and it's just a storm and it's fine it's part of the ocean the ocean isn't just always still but if there are many storms happening as they are in the world today if you look around you many storms because of the climate change which apparently isn't happening but we look around and all the manifestations within nature show us that something is changing whether it be because of human beings inhabiting the earth and creating civilization and creating pollution and whatever or whether it just be a natural aspect of the way things work in nature we will never know but we have some idea that certain things are very correlate very much to our activities so when we see that when it's obvious when there is a correlation you know if you get the flu like ten times and every time is when you have to do something that you're really afraid of and you get the flu and it prevents you from moving to that space of stillness then you know your mind is limiting hindering constricting the space so that the manifestation of this challenge ties into connects to that thought and then moves into the symbolic realm of information communication and manifests within your body as the flu and you know if you work with this transformation happens because then the energy of equilibrium naturally allows you to come back to stillness whatever it is whatever it is that's going on in your life whatever it is that's going on for the world as for humanity as a culture there is always a possibility of change never believe otherwise so when you come back to stillness in your meditation when you come back to the space of stillness it is important to remember the potential is within the space and if you don't see that potential or possibility if you don't comprehend that potential or possibility then you are not connected to the space that is stillness then you're connected to the stillness within your mind but not the space the space is potential may today in your practice as you breathe in and breathe out and connect to those moments may today be a beautiful and powerful day whereby the potential becomes more clear to you within the still moment that you're experiencing thank you now we continue with the Hu meditation okay you

I found some good points in this talk. I didn’t get it all but am thankful for what I could understand. I like ending with the hum sound. Thanks and Namaste!
