You you you Hello everyone I hope you can hear me and that the audio quality is good.
If it's as good as before just let me know I'm trying a new system Super Okay We will begin very soon just making sure that the environment around you is conducive for meditation and for just coming back to a sense of stillness and relaxation.
Making sure that you turn off those gadgets.
Sometimes we forget the phone and it rings in the middle of a meditation.
It's always good to just take a few moments to make sure that the space helps you to relax.
Very often we are tense just because the subconscious is aware of distractions or possible distractions.
So preparing for a meditation taking a few moments to just go over things scan your body make sure that all parts of your body relax.
There's tension just asking yourself.
Where does this tension come from?
Is there is there something I can change to help this tension?
Relax into the energy flow that allows me to go deeper into meditation.
Whenever you're ready then taking a deep breath into the abdomen into the diaphragm Taking a few deep breaths and just coming back to the awareness the presence of being part of something much greater than just your thoughts or those feelings that come up because of a thinking process or an old habit that creates those feelings.
Just letting go and being open to the energy that is around you.
So being open to the deeper feelings the deeper thoughts and the deeper awareness of all your senses.
So being very present doesn't mean that you have to sort of go into a semi-sleep type state.
Being aware is really a deep state of relaxation.
Being aware that you have a choice to let go of whatever creates tension is a beautiful and deep state of transformation and deep state of consciousness.
Sometimes it means we have to let go of what we know the fears the pains the challenges and just trust the more creative side of the flow the unknown.
Some people call this the mystery.
And a mystery isn't a mystery without some aspect of the unknown being there present in your experience.
So it's important to just trust that you're at this point you're close to this aspect of your being where transformation happens in an obvious way.
Life always changes your thoughts are changing your feelings are changing the cells in your body are changing the universe around you is changing as it moves through time and space.
But also on some deeper level there is a change and that is the awareness as you move deeper into awareness.
It's almost as if a light shines within you a luminous light begins to shine within you.
Listening and following and connecting and aligning to the light that is the mystery that is part of the beautiful transmissions that your heart now reminds you of and that we will go through over these next few weeks.
We will go through these transformations step by step with a deep sense of trust.
We're at the gate of transformation and opening up to the luminous light shining within.
Remember if there is those heavy old thoughts that are there in the background just let them go and relax.
As you breathe deeper into the abdomen deeper into the diaphragm know that the breath is the flow as you breathe this flow into your body everything begins to flow.
Know that the breath is the flow as you breathe this flow into your body everything begins to move everything begins to transform and the breath itself invites you into the mystery that is life.
Deep breath.
Breathing deep into the abdomen relaxing the body making sure your posture is conducive to breathing in a very deep and profound way so relaxing the tension around the shoulders making sure the sternum points outwards making sure your face is looking straight forward you're not looking down you're not looking too much up shoulders relaxed neck relaxed chest open breathing deep into the diaphragm just feel the breath you may wish to place your the palms of your hands upon your body say the abdomen and the chest area just feel the breath sense the breath that is the positive transformation and learning that happens as you let go of the old habits the old thoughts those stubborn ones that just create that lack of flow as you let that go there is a deeper sense of connection to your breath a deeper flow breathing in and breathing out.
There's a beautiful light shining within within your breath.

Deep breath as you breathe in and breathe out just notice the energy in your body relax into a state of awareness that is all-inclusive so you're aware of your thoughts and your feelings but you're also very aware of the external the external senses that you connect to so sounds of the wind sounds of the birds just the flow of energy around your body around your body the wonderful light that's shining all around you your senses connect to the external it's very good to be aware of the outside and the inside all at the same time and to know that this beautiful space the mystery that you're connecting to creates a sense of transformation as you become more aware more connected to all and everything then it's easier to take those steps towards transformation it becomes easier to discern that which is not really needed if there is irritation because of a noise or because of a situation around you the discernment allows you to let that go this means that you're purging and releasing all that as all those aspects of life that hold you back transformation is about flowing moving so whatever holds you back constricts your energy just let that go and follow the light that is shining within you the light within the flow the light within the movement of your consciousness the light within the connection that you create with the environment that is around you whatever even if you're in the middle of a city just be aware that your state of expansion connects you to the flow deep breath sometimes it's easier to imagine the senses into manifestation so this just means that you imagine yourself listening to the beautiful sounds that are around you just imagining yourself connecting to the beautiful light that is around you imagining that you are walking in the space that is around you say if you are close to a beach or close to a beautiful park or even just close to your garden imagining yourself walking or connecting to the elements to the external that allows for the senses to just come back into manifestation and into the flow that you're imagining now as you breathe in deeply into your body and breathe out expand with the light breathe deeply and expand with the light release the old purge the old come back to this wholeness as you open up to the light shining within you so deep breath allow yourself to go with the flow allow yourself to be aware and connected to the rhythm of how you feel as you breathe in and breathe out step by step understand and be comfortable with letting go by not fighting by not resisting by not struggling you will know and you will experience what it means to just be part of this beautiful state of flow to connect to your energies life energies and in a way that allows for you to expand into a state of transformation to explore the unknown the mystery of life deep breath so breathing in deep breath breathing out deep breath so so deep breath so deep breath as you breathe into your body remind yourself to be gentle to be kind to be nurturing especially with yourself remind yourself to just take those steps those gentle steps one little step at a time to recharge and to reconnect to the energy flow to the rhythm of how you feel to the energy within the flow within and as you do this be very discerning to let go of that which doesn't support you or doesn't nurture you anymore and let that go don't fight don't struggle just let that go with the breath so as you breathe out you're cleansing and purging and releasing all the energies and old habits that are no longer needed and imagine this sense this with every out breath as you breathe in just trust the mystery of life just trust that this space that you're creating this connection with the flow with the energy flow within with life all around you creates a new wonderful luminous sort of experience that allows you to come back to the light of knowledge and this allows you to discern from a space of consciousness and the discernment that you create in your life your spiritual practice but also in your everyday life can be very practical and very tangible and very down to earth so creating boundaries that make it clear for yourself that this space this flow this beautiful light that is shining within the flow of consciousness that is what is important to connect to using your discernment to create boundaries clear boundaries so that you keep taking those little steps one little step at a time to come back to a deeper state of consciousness to a higher level of consciousness to a higher level of consciousness to a higher state of awareness higher intelligence sense of connection that brings you about brings about a wholeness brings you back to this state of wholeness deep breath as you breathe in and breathe out take a few moments to just imagine this sense this sense this integrate this so that the rest of your day comes from a space of clarity comes from a space of awareness those steps that you take for the rest of today comes from that space of clarity and awareness deep breath breath breathing into the diaphragm deep breath letting go you may wish to continue for a few more moments sitting in stillness relaxing letting go and whenever you're ready coming back and enjoying the rest of your day thank you you
