The Limitless Light

Over the years,

For various podcasts,

I've interviewed a fair number of special souls who've had a near-death experience,

An NDE.

They report going to the light,

And either coming back healed of a disease,

Or with special powers,

Or with a message for humanity.

Sometimes all three.

I've also written about such an event fictionally,

In The Scroll,

From my book of 12 short stories,

Soul Waves Insertions.

I even take some special souls on a journey,

Using metaphysical glyphs,

Which some have referred to as being like undergoing a deathless reincarnation,

Or a software upgrade for the soul.

This meditative guided visualisation is a safe introduction,

And a soul warmer for those interested in exploring such a transformation.

It's a journey to and back from the limitless light,

But in a safe manner,

Without having to go through any trauma.

Indeed,

My aim for what I've created,

Is that it's a loving,

Relaxing and enlightening experience,

And I'd be really interested to know what transpires for you.

So you're sitting or lying down.

Just take two or three long deep in and out breaths,

And on the out breath allow all the stale air to expel from your lungs.

And just imagine,

That where your body touches your seat or your bed,

That the outer layer of atoms of your body and your clothing,

Merge with the outer layer of the atoms of your seat or your bed,

So you become bonded slightly more strongly with it.

And now scan your body,

Starting with your toes,

All the way up your legs,

Through your knees,

Through your pelvis,

Up through your stomach,

Through your heart,

Past your lungs,

To your throat,

Into your head and all the way to the crown.

And as you do so,

Notice any disease or disquiet,

Any pains,

Or even any fears,

Worries,

Guilt or sadness,

Anywhere in or around your body.

Alternatively,

You may well be pain or discomfort free today,

And may like to find an aspect of your being that could benefit from an upgrade.

So you can use this meditative guidance to both alleviate and uplift simultaneously.

So just muse for a while,

Of what aspect of your body,

Your heart,

Mind and soul could do with a bit of an uplift today.

And whatever it is that you're looking to alleviate or improve in your being,

Bring these aspects together.

And now let's ask the consolidation of them a few questions.

Allow the first answer that comes to you to bubble up to the surface,

No matter how strange it might sound.

What colour do you associate with these aspects?

How many lifetimes have they been with you?

Are they female or male in essence,

Or a mixture of both?

And do they have a name?

And ask them,

By name if you can,

Are they ready for an upgrade,

And open to taking any evolutionary step with you?

So allow these soul aspects to pull all their tendrils together,

And prepare themselves to go on a journey back to the limitless light with you.

Take a deep breath in,

And then a deep breath down to your root.

And as you breathe back in again,

Allow the breath to continue right up your spine into your pineal gland at the centre of your brain.

And as you do so,

Take the soul aspects with the breath that you would like to heal,

Upgrade and replace,

Up to the centre of your brain.

And now sitting with your in and your out breath,

Allow them to float up to the top of your head.

Now imagine the top of your head becomes translucent,

And the soul aspects that are willing to upgrade today,

Have a clear path to leave your body,

Still tethered to your third eye,

Your pineal gland,

With a thin gossamer thread.

Allow these soul aspects to flow above the top of your head,

And from there they have a clear view across all time,

The past and the future in this life,

And indeed in all lifetimes,

Those gone past and those yet to occur,

In linear time at least.

Looking back in time,

Recall the answer of how many lifetimes these soul aspects have been with you,

And send a message of love and acceptance to those versions of you in the past,

That first experience this disquiet,

This discomfort,

This dis-ease.

Thank that version of you for bringing this to your attention right now,

And let that version of you know that it's okay,

Everything is for a rhyme and for a reason.

And now go back in this lifetime only,

To the first time this dis-ease,

Discomfort or disquiet came up for you,

And let that earlier version of you know that it's okay too.

Now look forward to your future,

Imagine a time a day from now,

A month from now,

And a year from now.

Imagine that by these times,

You've stepped into a life free of whatever it is that is troubling you.

At the same time,

Imagine what it would be like to possess what some might see as a superpower.

Just sit for a while,

And let your imagination take a wild ride to envisage a life blessed with such super sensibilities.

Now imagine you are looking vertically upwards from above your crown,

And sense three essences right above you.

These essences have been with you since the dawn of time.

They are the Cosmic Mother,

The Cosmic Father,

And the Cosmic Collective,

With which we can commune and merge our soul aspects with.

Sit for a while to allow this communication to take place.

Let your soul aspects mingle,

Merge,

Integrate and evolve.

There are no words needed to describe this process,

It just is.

In this place of the no-thing and the no-time,

Let what is about to unfold,

Unfold.

It's now time to allow your newly updated soul aspects to reattach to your physical body.

Now tied to the Cosmic Mother,

The Cosmic Father,

And the Cosmic Consciousness,

Allow these updated aspects to float down so they sit on your crown.

Let the Cosmic Consciousness,

The container of the Cosmic Will,

Attach to your crown and stay there,

At all times giving you instant access to the higher realms.

Allow the Cosmic Father to detach from the crown,

But remaining tethered to the crown,

For it to float down to the pineal gland,

From where it can sit and observe the world around and assist and guide you.

Allow the Cosmic Mother to detach from the crown,

And again still remaining tethered,

To float down and attach to your heart,

Solar plexus and sacral centres.

From there she is now able to nurture you into a life that you love,

With people you love,

To ensure your needs are provided for,

And to assist you in always making the right decisions at the most perfect time.

Take three more deep in and out breaths,

And allow these new energies to integrate and merge.

And now open your eyes slowly and come back into your room,

Knowing that you have forged a permanent connection to the Limitless Light.

I like how the Cosmic Father comes down to the pineal gland and resides to keep us aware. And Cosmic Mother I our heart solar plexus and sacral to make and feel heart based choices. I can see this as he heart mind connection. Great visualization Tom. Thank you.
