Just for today let your soul lead.
Give your head a day off and shoot the breeze.
Just for today make no decisions.
When faced with a choice,
Choose not to choose.
Sit on it and allow your soul to guide you.
Just for today go back to a time.
A time when you had no cares in the world.
It could be an hour,
A day or a week when you let events unfold naturally.
Indulge yourself in this notion.
Just for today ask your soul for guidance.
It could be a thought or a soul whisper.
It could be a sign or serendipity.
Be sure to say thank you when it arrives.
Just for today tune into your soul's voice.
For the next few seconds ask any thoughts in your head to go quiet.
Ask them to go back from where they came from.
And pay close attention to what comes along.
Just for today ponder where your soul resides.
Is it above you or behind you?
Is it outside space and time?
Or is it inside every cell of your body?
Just for today notice other souls in action.
When you stir the connection with your soul,
Other souls take heed and awaken to your presence.
Of who and what shows up unexpectedly over the next 24 hours.
Just for today increase your soul warmth.
Speak and think only kind words.
Perform random acts of kindness.
Connect your heart with the hearts of others.
Just for today notice the ebb and flow.
Allow your soul to be warmed by the souls of others.
Breathe in soul warmth on the in-breath.
Radiate it out to others on the out-breath.
Be still on the gap between the in and the out,
And the out and the in.
Just for today.
See with your soul's eyes.
See everything around you as a lesson.
Notice especially any stubbornness that has been around for too long.
Do nothing but to change your attitude to it.
And then notice it vaporise and go away forever.
Just for today let your soul be full.
Be full of joy.
Be full of wonder.
Let your soul be fully inside your physical being,
The vehicle for your soul.
And just for today be the life and soul of the party.
Surround yourself only with those who are fun to be with.
Bathe in their soul warmth.
Be both joyful and full of joy.
And when the bell rings,
Let the party really commence.
