
Becoming An Energy Ninja : Part 2

In this second of two practices, I introduce three simple techniques to help reduce energy leaks. These are thought forms that go around and around in our heads instigated by internal triggers or external events. These techniques are the key to a more blissful existence.

You can do this visualization lying down or sitting up.
Just relax,
Close your eyes slowly,
And enjoy the simple techniques you'll learn here.
Once we learn how to remove the source of energy leaks,
The next step is to replace our reaction to them,
Which means the trigger that would normally cause the leak never has the same effect on us again.
To do this we have to replace the old pattern and the old reaction with a new way of being.
And this technique is simple in the extreme.
You can do it anytime,
Anywhere,
Whether the transgression is physical or emotional,
Verbal or by email,
Something you see in the newspaper,
Something you see on TV.
So the first thing to do whenever something upsets you or someone crosses a boundary is to say internally thank you.
You thank them for bringing this to your attention so that you can evolve.
And this acts as the first level of transmutation by seeing something which looks negative in a positive light.
I mentioned this is very very simple.
And the next thing to do is to breathe.
Before you react,
Before you allow the thought forms to settle,
Just put your hands on your belly so your middle fingers just touch,
And breathe in so your belly expands and your middle fingers part,
And then breathe out four times as long as the in-breath so your middle fingers touch again.
And do that five times.
You can do it with me now.
And on the out-breath you can slightly open your mouth.
And this has the immediate effect of literally giving you time to breathe,
Little space before you react.
If you find these simple techniques don't make your reaction go away because your reaction is so emotive and so intense.
The next thing to do is to talk to the thoughts inside your head.
And that's right you can talk to your thoughts and they will respond.
The first thing to do is ask the thought form where it came from.
Did it come from inside your head?
Did it percolate up from somewhere inside your body,
Perhaps from your heart or from your lower mind centers,
Your gut,
Your solar plexus or your root?
Or perhaps it came from outside completely.
And once you've identified its source the next thing to do is to ask its purpose.
What has it come to teach you?
Ask it now and the message no matter how bizarre will come straight back.
And once you've identified its source and its purpose the next action is to transmute it.
So what you do is allow your awareness to float down from your head past your throat so it's sitting in your heart just behind your sternum,
Your breastbone.
And from that place imagine there's a spiral that is beaming out from in front of you,
Your heart.
And that spiral contains unconditional love.
Now open up your crown and allow white light through your alpha chakra through your crown,
Through your pineal gland and allow it to come down into your heart.
Now take that thought form no matter where it's come from it might be in your head,
It might be in your heart,
It might be in your lower mind centers.
And base the thought form in white light and send it out into the universe on that spiral from your heart infused with your unconditional love for it.
We're coming to visit you so you could learn and grow and evolve.
And I mentioned these three techniques are very simple.
Saying thank you,
Breathing and transmuting the thought form,
Sending it out with unconditional love for having visited your door.
You can do this any time of day or night and also teach it to other people.
And the more people that know about this technique,
The less energy leaks will have on the planet as a whole.
And it works especially well those times in the middle of the night when you can't get back to sleep with you.
Thoughts are raging around and round in your head,
Something that happened the day before that you can't get up your mind.
Thank it for coming along,
Breathe,
Transmute it and send it on its way.
And what's remarkable about these techniques once you've identified the sources of adversity in your life,
Thank them and transmute them.
They have a habit of not coming back again.
You may see them occurring in your life but you'll find you don't have the same reaction to them,
They don't bring you down.
And you may see them affecting others and you're in a great position then to help them move on.
And being able to do this without their drama,
Creating a drama in your life is a great measure of how much you've evolved.
Once we discover what makes us fall off our karmic path,
The next step is to discover why we were brought to this earth and how to stay on our path and in fact to be led well and truly down it.
So open your eyes,
Come fully back into the room and enjoy being an energy ninja.

Have to listen again! Last thing I expected after being hit with pain would be to Thank it! That's helpful thanks Tom. Claire in Brisbane. Oz. Listened for 2nd. Time to nail the 3rd. Stage. Thanked, breathed then came up with I need to detach my love from my precious grown up daughter. So 3rd. Stage was strange. Sending out detachment of love with unconditional love to the universe and my daughter. What a paradox! Never expected that! The lesson I learnt was highlighted for me. Thanks Tom.

This can be a very effective technique if consciously utilized. I do something very similar whenever I have triggering thoughts or find myself getting lost in emotional overwhelm. The key is remembering to do it. ππΌππ₯
