Have you ever thought.
.
.
How many times have I been here?
How have I been to this planet?
Have I been in different bodies?
Have I encountered different people?
Rolls.
That are simply.
.
.
Me looking back at me.
Helping me find my way back to me.
Sometimes in painful ways.
Sometimes with such tenderness.
And love.
Sometimes providing.
Such an accurate mirror.
That it almost looks like you're a reflection.
Shining back.
Causing you to look away.
Because the pain feels too real.
What if you could stay with yourself?
What if you could continue to look in the mirror?
Into your beautiful eyes.
And not look away.
What if the mirror became.
.
.
A scary unknown tunnel.
And you became your own inner child.
You now looking down at this little one afraid to step into the unknown.
And at the very end of the tunnel,
You can see.
.
.
Very tiny pinpoints.
Of light.
And you,
Adult you,
Knows.
That as scary as it is,
To step into this unknown place.
There is light.
His life.
The light,
The pinpoint at the end of the tunnel.
Is at the center of your chest.
I invite you to put your hand on your chest now.
And you,
Adult you,
Put your hand on the chest of this little one.
Who has felt so alone.
But has never.
I'm alone.
And now.
Take their little hand.
And step into the tunnel.
Allow them.
To get sure footing.
As you take this walk together.
And maybe in the darkness.
There's something scary that they'd like to show you that they've been holding.
It felt like all by themselves.
But they now realize that you've always been here.
Continue to walk with them.
As they tell you.
And show you.
And you happen to have a light with you so they can see.
Shine the light.
With each step.
They remember.
And they become a little more brave.
And you encourage them to keep walking.
And to keep sharing.
Whatever has been scaring them,
It might even be the dark.
The darkness.
That it feels like they've been in.
Maybe how alone they felt because.
.
.
They didn't know you were there.
They didn't know about the pinpoint of light at the other end of the tunnel.
So they held all of this sadness.
All of the things that had been placed upon them.
And it covered up their light.
The light that they naturally are.
And as they share,
They begin to glow.
From within the tunnel.
And you hold their cheeks and you.
.
.
Encourage them.
Just by looking at them with love.
To keep sharing.
And you gently keep walking.
And they share from their heart.
How hard this has been.
There were times that they didn't know what to do.
Times that they felt so scared.
That they felt that everyone had left.
They were just here all along.
And as they share,
They glow even more.
You lean down and put your hand on their heart.
And say you have never,
Ever been alone,
Little one.
But I know it felt that way at times.
As you look into their eyes,
They fill like pools of water.
A tear gently.
Streams down their face.
And you tenderly wipe.
And look into their eyes and say,
I love you.
I love you.
You are safe.
Come on.
You've always been safe.
They continue to glow shine.
And you both continue to walk in the tunnel.
As they feel their own light.
You start to remember.
You start to feel the peace come over them.
And it feels easier to share.
They feel more connected with you.
And they start to see the light more.
Because it grows at the end of the tunnel.
Continue to walk.
More sure-footedly.
More holding.
And they share.
Whatever's been weighing them down.
They've had to change.
Become who they were not.
Can you share?
Can understand why you would have had to do that or feel that way.
I'm here now.
And they begin to glow more and more.
Because they share how hard it was.
And they share that people were not so nice sometimes.
And sometimes that made them feel like they had to be.
Not so nice sometimes.
And sometimes even blame.
Or get angry.
And you say yes.
Can understand.
You put your hand on their cheek.
As it glows in your hand.
I see you,
Little one.
See all that you've gone through.
I've been here all along.
You feel the glow inside.
As these words are said to you.
Continue to step towards the light.
That is now you.
There is now me.
That is now one.
Allow yourself to feel held in this light.
And expand.
And expand.
And expand and glow to the light you have always been.
The light at the end of the tunnel.
The light that is you,
That is me.
That is grace.
I love you because I can.
Thank you for joining.
