Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me for this short and powerful meditation.
To begin.
Just get into a comfortable position,
Letting go of all the days to dos and shoulds,
And just allowing yourself to be for just a moment.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose,
Expanding your belly,
Expanding your chest.
Hold at the top.
And then exhale through the mouth slowly like you're blowing out a candle.
Get settled into your seat,
Allowing the surface that you're on to support you for this moment.
Let's take another deep breath in.
Hold at the top.
And exhale relaxing even deeper.
Letting your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Releasing your jaw and relaxing your hands,
Allowing them to gently curl up into themselves.
Now I want you to ask yourself the question.
Where am I spending my time that feels like a no?
Where do I feel a quiet yes?
Don't force the answer,
Just let it float in.
And whatever comes up first is usually the most important thing to pay attention to.
Place your hand over your heart.
Take a deep breath.
And receive whatever comes.
Even if it's just.
.
.
A tiny nudge.
I want you to start following this intuition.
Pointing you toward where to spend your time and attention,
And where to not.
Whatever comes up right now is a strong yes.
You can almost be sure that everything else is most likely a no.
Let's take one more cleanse and breath in through the nose.
And then release it through the mouth.
And I want you to come back to this meditation often,
Whenever you need your own guidance,
Whenever you need to honor your truth.
Start learning how to tune in to the nudges in your body and yourself and your soul that say yes and that say no.
Now ask yourself,
What's one small thing that you want to give your time to today?
When you're ready,
Just begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes.
And I want you to enjoy the time that you have today.
Namaste.
