Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina and I want to thank you for joining me for this meditation.

Find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down and allow your body to be supported.

When you're ready gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

We begin by arriving here in this moment.

Not the past,

Not the future.

Here.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose.

And exhale releasing fully through your mouth.

And exhale letting go of any tension you're holding on to.

One more time.

Inhale deep breath in.

And exhale a full breath of release.

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

And feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest or belly.

And with each exhale feel yourself settling in deeply into the support beneath you.

Now I invite you to consider a simple radical truth.

You do not have to earn your worth.

You do not have to prove your value.

You do not need another accomplishment,

Another item checked off a list,

Another person's approval to become enough.

You see the truth is you arrived here complete.

Beneath all the doing,

Beneath all the roles you play and the tasks that you perform,

There's a being.

And that being,

You,

Is always worthy.

Simply because you exist.

You are enough not in spite of your imperfections but with them.

You are enough when you're tired.

You are enough when you are still.

You are enough without saying a word.

This is not a goal to reach.

It is a home to return to right now.

We are going to gently plant this knowing into your heart and mind with five short affirmations.

There is no need to force belief.

Simply listen to the words and let them resonate.

Just imagine them as seeds that you're planting and your quiet attention to them as the fertile soil.

Repeat silently in your mind after me.

I am worthy simply because I am.

I release the need to prove my value.

I allow myself to be not just to do.

My existence is my contribution.

I am enough exactly as I am.

Now,

Let's rest in this feeling without words.

Just soak in the energy of these statements.

Imagine a soft golden light,

The light of unconditional acceptance,

Beginning in your heart.

And with each inhale,

Let it grow warmer and brighter.

And with each exhale,

Let it expand to fill your entire body from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.

I want you to feel this light as the physical sensation of just being enough whole and complete.

I'll give you a moment.

As we prepare to close,

Take one more deep intentional breath in through your nose.

Inhale,

Gathering this feeling of wholeness into every cell.

And then as you exhale,

Sealing in this truth in your body.

Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Bring a gentle movement back into your body.

And when you're ready,

Softly open your eyes.

Carry this embodied energy of enoughness with you.

Take it into your day.

You don't have to perform for it.

You don't have to protect it.

It is yours.

It is you.

Meet the world today from this place of completeness.

Namaste.
