My name is Tina and I want to thank you for joining me for this meditation,
Ground into Self-Love.
This is your moment to come home to yourself,
To ground,
To breathe,
And remember that the way you love yourself teaches others how to love you.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Again,
In through the nose and out.
Now do this two more times at your own pace.
Begin to feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you.
Feel the support of the ground beneath your feet,
Anchoring you to calm and safety.
You are centered.
You are safe.
You are here.
Bring your awareness to your heart center.
Placing your hands at your heart center,
If that feels comfortable,
Feel your heartbeat,
Your life force,
Your energy.
Imagine a warm golden light glowing inside of your heart.
Feel the warmth.
With every inhale,
That light expands.
With every exhale,
It grows brighter,
Filling your chest with love and compassion.
Repeat after me.
I am worthy of love.
I treat myself with kindness and respect.
It's safe to put myself first.
The way I love myself teaches others how to love me.
Feel those words settle into your body,
Letting that light in your heart center expand,
Filling your whole being until your entire body is all wrapped up in love.
Now imagine that light radiating outward,
Beyond your skin,
Into the energy field,
Expanding out into the universe,
Raising the energy all around you.
Your love is powerful.
It ripples out effortlessly when it begins.
With every inhale,
It grows brighter,
Filling your heart with love and compassion.
With every exhale,
It grows brighter,
Filling your whole being until your entire body is all wrapped up in love.
Now imagine that light radiating outward,
Beyond your skin,
Raising the energy all around you until your entire body is all wrapped up in love.
