In this meditation to help you energize and thrive.
Let's find a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Expanding your belly,
Holding it at the top and now exhale slowly releasing any tension in your body.
Inhale deeply again filling your lungs with fresh invigorating air
And now exhale fully letting go of stress and any fatigue you're feeling.
Feel your body grounding into the present moment.
Hold for a moment and now exhale through the mouth for 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Now we're going to go back to breathing normal.
Feel the rhythm of your breath creating a sense
Of calm and we're going to start to visualize a warm golden bright light surrounding you.
With each breath imagine this light entering your body filling you with vibrant energy.
I want you to sense it flowing through every cell,
Going to every fingertip,
Every toe,
Revitalizing and awakening your entire being.
Nothing is left untouched by this light.
It reaches every corner and every crevice.
I want you to feel a surge of vitality with each breath.
Breaking through any fatigue or sluggishness you might be feeling.
And as it reaches every cell in your body feel yourself start to awaken with energy.
As you breathe envision this energy expanding beyond your body creating a protective aura.
This new energy you created is protected and will stay with you throughout your day.
Now focus on your heart center placing both hands on top one another.
Imagine it radiating warmth and energy.
Feel your heart beating with a new strength
Pumping vitality to every corner of your body.
Let's take a moment to think of three things that we're grateful for right now.
Let the positive energy of this gratitude amplify your energy.
Inhale deeply one last time.
Expand your belly,
Expand your chest and then as you exhale open
