This is a meditation using the breath and your body to connect with your truest,
Purest essence,
Your little one inside at your core.
We'll use different breath patterns.
We'll utilize the body,
The heart,
And the energy centers to clear,
To cleanse.
But most importantly,
To breathe open.
So just take a few moments to arrive in your body and notice your breath.
Let yourself drop in and down,
Feeling your feet against the earth,
Feeling your bottom against the seat,
Feeling your hands wherever they're lying on your body or chair,
And just go in as an observer and say,
Hello body,
Hello heart,
Hello little one,
I'm here.
And as you breathe,
Get curious with an intention to open,
To feel,
To watch,
And to notice without any judgment.
Bring your awareness to your heart chakra and visualize or feel that precious little one inside before they were ever hurt,
Before they ever learned to close,
And just breathe into your heart for a few moments to connect to this deepest part of you with a willingness to see,
To love,
To be here.
Visualize a bridge of light from you to this little one and each and every breath is an opening and then just letting this energy be here,
We're going to open even more.
So bring your awareness to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
We're going to inhale on a count of five,
We're going to hold a count of about three,
And then we're going to open the mouth and inhale open even more beyond what you think you can.
And then you're going to exhale through the mouth as well.
So root chakra,
Bring your awareness through the nose,
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And hold the mouth and inhale two,
Three,
Really opening and stretching and expanding.
And then through the mouth,
You're going to exhale,
Sigh it out slowly to a beat of about eight,
Letting all the breath out and bring your awareness to your sacral chakra a little bit below the belly button and through the nose,
Inhale two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And hold,
Open the mouth and inhale into the belly,
Into the pelvis,
Beyond,
And then through the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Blow it out,
Whatever feels right,
Slowly,
Slowly surrender.
Solar plexus a little bit above the belly button,
A deep inhale into the pelvis,
Into the belly,
Expand and hold.
Open the mouth and expand beyond as you inhale,
Feeling yourself open.
And then through the mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Maybe make a sound,
Releasing it out,
Maybe even pulling the navel in towards the spine to get all the breath out,
Heart chakra,
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Really open,
Five,
Hold this openness,
Open the mouth and inhale,
Feeling the heart open and expand way beyond the body.
And then through the mouth,
Let it go,
Exhale,
Release,
Soften,
Throat chakra,
Inhale,
Two,
Keep opening,
Four,
Five,
Keep that throat open,
Open the mouth and breathe,
Open the expression of who you are beyond,
And then through the mouth,
Exhale,
Sigh,
Soften,
Let go.
Third eye center in the middle of the forehead,
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold to light,
Open the mouth and inhale,
Expanding into that light,
And then exhale through the mouth,
Letting go slowly,
Crown chakra at the top of your head,
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And hold,
Open the mouth and inhale even more,
Receiving all of that crystalline light from the heavens,
And as you exhale through the mouth,
Feel sense visualize like rain coming down,
You're filling up,
Bathing every cell with that Christ light,
With all that is,
Light beaming,
And then sit for a moment,
Even the space beyond the body is filled with this crystalline light,
And then bring your awareness back to your heart,
Feel or sense the heart expanding beyond the body,
Into all that's known and unknown,
Into this pure crystalline energy of unconditional love,
And then feel that little one,
Feel your purest essence,
See them,
And with that bridge of light,
We'll do the heart coherence breath,
Five second inhale,
And a five second exhale,
As if the heart is breathing,
Connecting to this purity,
This little love,
This big love.
So,
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Going at your own pace,
You can do in the nose and out the nose,
You can do in the nose,
Out the mouth,
Whatever feels right,
Or a combination of the two,
Just keep your awareness on your heart,
Maybe even take your hand and place it on your heart chakra to make that mind-body connection,
And feel your breath,
And open the heart.
Each five second inhale,
Opening to receive the purity,
The grace,
The connection.
Each five second exhale,
Beaming that light from your heart to this little one,
Letting them know,
I'm here,
I'm listening,
I love you.
Each cycle of inhale and exhale,
Opening more and dropping in deeper,
And letting your breath be the prayer,
Letting your breath be the communication.
And as you keep up this heart coherence breath,
You're also saying to this deepest part of you,
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry for abandoning you,
For tucking you away.
Please forgive me for not paying attention to you and looking elsewhere.
I love you so much,
And I'm aware now.
Thank you for being here with me now.
And then again through the heart,
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry that you felt not enough.
Please forgive me.
I love you,
I accept you,
And I will show you every breath.
Thank you for reconnecting with me.
And one more time,
Letting the breath build,
Feeling it even more expansive,
Breathing yourself more open,
Trusting your breath,
And communicating with this special pure soul inside.
I am sorry.
I didn't know.
I didn't know,
But I do now.
So please forgive me and be patient with me.
I am committed to you.
You are my priority.
I love you.
Thank you for this opportunity to heal and grow and feel and be.
Now you can let go of the heart coherence breath,
But just feel an open body,
An open heart,
And maybe reach out and take this little one's hand,
Or maybe reach out and hug them,
Or maybe just place a hand on your heart and hand on your belly and feel yourself holding them as you are being held by divinity itself.
And just see if there is any message from this innocent purity of who you are,
And anything that you would like to articulate,
Express,
Just feel it,
Just breathe it,
And just trust,
Trust,
Trust.
And as you bring your heart into gratitude,
Make a deep commitment inward to this precious little one that you will show the love and attention on the inside,
But also on the external by your actions,
By your words,
By your thoughts.
And just come back to the room that you're in,
And feeling your body,
Thanking your body,
Thanking your heart and your breath.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
