Angel Wings of Light.
Stand tall with your feet slightly apart,
Arms resting at your sides.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exhale with the sound SAAAAAA.
Imagine,
See,
Feel a golden pyramid at the bottom of your spine with golden balls of energy all around it.
Imagine,
See,
Feel those golden balls of energy rising up one right after another from the golden pyramid at the base of your spine.
Breathe and see one golden ball of energy after another rising up,
Up your spine,
Past your navel,
Past your stomach,
Past your heart,
Past your throat,
Past your eyes,
Right up into the crown,
The top of your head,
And then out the top of your head.
Open your eyes and relax your wrists by shaking them a few times.
Keep breathing and imagine your arms are angel wings of light that extend behind you and all around you.
Inhale slowly.
As you do,
Slowly,
Very slowly,
Begin to raise your angel wing arms with the wrists very relaxed,
Limp,
Out to the sides and all the way up to the top of your head.
As you exhale with the sound SAAAAAA,
Allow your angel wing arms,
Wrists are still limp and loose,
To float back down to your sides.
We'll do this three more times.
Inhaling slowly,
Very slowly,
Raise your angel wing arms with your wrists limp,
Out to the sides and all the way up to the top of your head.
And as you exhale with the sound SAAAAAA,
Allow your angel wings,
Your wrists still limp,
To float back down to your sides.
Again,
Inhale slowly,
Lifting your arms,
Your angel wing arms with the wrists very limp,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And then allowing your angel wing arms to float back down to your sides.
As you exhale,
SAAAAAA.
Slowly inhaling,
As you do,
Lifting your angel wing arms up,
Up,
Up,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And then letting them float back down as you exhale with the sound SAAAAAA.
One more time,
Slowly,
Very slowly,
Begin to raise your angel wing arms with your wrists very loose,
Up,
Up,
All the way to the top of your head.
Exhaling SAAAAAA,
Bring your hands down until they just reach the shoulders this time.
And when they're at the shoulder level,
Bring your hands into your heart in a prayer position,
Joining your palms together with your fingers pointed up.
Take a big breath in,
And on the exhale,
Start to clap.
Continue clapping all around you,
Breathing and smiling until you feel very happy.
Clap,
Clap,
Clap,
Clap,
Clap,
Clap,
Clap,
Clap from your head to your toes.
Clap in front of your body,
To the sides,
And even behind.
Clap,
Breathe,
And smile.
And now you're going to spin,
Just like you did in The Spinning Earth in Lesson 4.
Bring your feet close together and lift your angel wing arms up and out to your sides until they're shoulder high.
Face both of your palms towards the sky.
Turn your head and fix your eyes on your right palm.
Keep looking at it while you spin.
Now slowly turn your feet in place to the right.
Breathe deeply,
Keeping your focus at the soles of your feet for stability.
Just turn four or five times slowly to begin with.
When you stop,
Bring your arms down,
Resting your hands on your hips.
Turn your head forward and stare at a spot directly in front of you.
Breathe slowly and deeply,
And wait for any dizziness to go away.
Add a few more turns each day or every several days until you're spinning 21 or more times after you've lifted and released your angel wings,
Breathing those golden balls of energy up from the golden pyramid at the base of your spine,
Up,
Up,
Up through your whole body,
And out the top of your head.
