Imagine you're walking along a path on a warm tropical island and you come to this beautiful waterfall with this golden liquid pouring down the waterfall.

You go over and you stand amidst this flowing golden liquid.

You notice how warm it is as it flows down over the top of your head and down your body.

Imagine this warm golden liquid flowing through the top of your head into your brain,

Down into your forehead and eyes,

Filling your ears,

Filling your sinuses and your nostrils,

Flowing down into your cheeks.

Feel this golden warm liquid as it flows down into your mouth and your jaw.

See and feel it flowing down into your neck,

Your throat,

Down into your shoulders.

Feel the warmth of this golden liquid as it flows down your upper arms,

Through your elbows and into your forearms,

Down into your wrists and your hands and your fingers.

Feel this golden warm liquid as it flows down through your upper back,

Filling your shoulder plates,

Flowing down through your chest,

Filling your lungs and your heart with this golden warm liquid.

Feel it flowing down your mid-back,

Down through your abdomen,

Into your lower back and down into your pelvic region.

Feel and see this warm golden liquid flowing down your upper legs,

Through your knees,

Down into your lower legs.

Feel this warm golden liquid as it fills your ankles and flows into the top of your feet and your toes,

Flows down through your heels and into the soles of your feet.

See this warm golden liquid flowing down through the soles of your feet,

Forming a pool that your feet rest in.

Again,

Focusing your awareness at the top of your head and this waterfall of warm golden liquid flowing over your head,

Down the outside of your body.

See this warm golden liquid flowing down the inside of your head,

Filling your forehead and your eyes,

Filling your ears,

Your cheeks,

Your nostrils and your mouth,

Your lips,

Your teeth,

Your gums,

And your tongue,

All filled with this warm golden light,

This warm golden liquid that fills your jaw,

Flows down into your neck.

Feel this warm golden liquid flow down through your shoulders and your upper arms,

Into your elbows and your forearms.

Feel it flowing down through your wrists and your hands and your fingers.

Feel and see this warm golden liquid,

This warm golden light flowing down through your upper back,

Through your chest,

Filling your heart and your lungs with its warm golden glow.

Feel it flowing down through your mid and lower back,

Down through your abdomen.

Feel it flowing the entire length of your spinal column,

Down into your pelvis.

Feel this warm golden light flowing down into your upper legs,

Down into your knees.

Feel this warm golden light,

This warm golden liquid flowing down into your lower legs,

Down into your ankles,

Down into your feet,

Filling your toes,

Filling your heels,

Flowing down into the soles of your feet and into this pool of warm golden liquid that your feet rest in.

Hold your awareness in this pool of warm golden liquid at the soles of your feet,

Feeling and seeing your entire body as a stream of this warm golden liquid flowing from head to toe into the pool of golden liquid at your feet.

If your mind starts to wander,

Return it to this warm golden pool at the soles of your feet.

Gently return your awareness to your breath,

Taking several long,

Deep inhales and long,

Slow exhales.

Become very focused on your breath,

Very aware of your body.

Gently open your eyes.

As you go about your activities,

Hold on to this place of peace and inner contentment.
