Breathe in and out.
Welcome the new day.
Be here now.
Breathe in and out and be aware of the moment of stillness between each breath.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Thank yourself for showing up and being here in this moment.
Take a moment to notice your perceptions,
What you see,
Hear,
Feel.
Attempt to really perceive them without analyzing or labeling them.
As if you just appeared into this world for the first time and you didn't know what anything was,
Nor had a language to describe it.
Breathe.
Bring your focus to the heart and feel the warm glow there.
Smile from the heart and let the joy pervade your whole being.
Now for a few moments upon your inhale,
Feel the feeling of gratitude.
Fill your belly or even your whole body with that gratitude as you breathe in.
And as you exhale,
Let that feeling remain like it's floating within.
Smile from the heart.
Gently bring your focus back to your body and notice any areas that feel sore or are in pain.
Any areas that you feel anxiety or stress over.
Thank those areas of your body that you feel discomfort since pain helps us notice the issues in our lives that we need to pay attention to.
The areas that need to be healed in order to live to our full potential.
Smile from the heart.
Breathe gently.
Now forgive yourself for anything you may have done to cause,
Add to,
Or ignore that stress in your body.
Forgiveness is the first step to healing and letting go,
To truly transforming your life and way of being.
Breathe.
Forgive others who have added to the pain or have a moment of acceptance for an outside situation that you may not be able to control that has added to or caused your pain.
If you do not know how to or cannot forgive the person or situation,
Consider being open to the possibility of forgiveness and letting that be okay for now.
Accept this moment.
Accept exactly where you are.
Forgive yourself if you need to for being exactly where you are.
And thank yourself for at least showing up.
Let the pace at which you heal and grow be exactly as it is,
Because right now,
It cannot be anything other than what it is.
Accepting the present is imperative for creating a future full of the joy of being.
Breathe.
As you get in into your day,
Gently think about what you will do now or later today and imagine yourself accepting those moments as they are.
Breathe.
Gently roll over to one side.
And as you continue to breathe,
Push yourself up with your arms into a seated position.
Listen to your body and make movements or gentle stretches that it wants to make.
Breathing audibly signals your body to stay relaxed.
Gently rise.
And as you do,
Raise your arms with your hands stretched out wide like the letter Y,
Lifting your face to the sky and smile outwardly,
Inwardly,
Or both.
Breathe.
Relax your arms.
Breathe.
Accept this moment.
Smile from the heart.
Thank you and peace be with you.
