Sweet Beloved,
Welcome to your inner child's meditation.
Take the next few moments to find a space of total comfort,
Whether seated,
Lying down,
Or reclining.
Close or cover your beautiful eyes and allow every muscle of your body to take rest.
Soften your face and jawbone,
Torso,
Arms,
And legs.
A waterfall of relaxation flowing from head to toe.
You are safe and held.
Feel as if entering a space outside of linear time where you can surrender any outside thoughts or burdens,
Arriving fully into your own inner sanctuary of love and peace.
Begin to breathe deeply in through your nose,
Feeling your belly rise and expand,
And exhale with an audible sigh as you feel your belly melt towards the spine.
Continue like this.
Each exhale clears any tension or stuck emotions.
Each inhale replenishes your body with new healthy life force.
Begin to slow your breathing to a natural rhythm,
Still feeling the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
Now imagine a little light turning on in your precious womb space,
Sending a slow and intentional breath here.
And imagine a light turning on in your heart,
Guiding the breath to fill this sacred center of your body.
Feel a connecting cord of light and breath flowing between womb and heart,
Allowing the two portals to communicate and guide your journey with creativity,
Wisdom,
And love.
Now sense the space between your eyebrows and breathe here,
Opening up your imagination,
Allowing your consciousness to spiral deeper within your inner landscape.
Find yourself amidst the comfort of your personal nature sanctuary.
And take a few moments to explore the space,
Awakening your senses to all of the colors,
Textures,
Sounds,
And smells.
Now find a space to rest,
Perhaps by the serenity of a sturdy tree or a gentle stream wherever you feel guided.
Ground yourself here and begin to tune into your heart as you welcome the presence of your inner child,
Allowing her to appear before you.
Lovingly acknowledge her,
Gazing into her eyes and letting her know she is safe here.
Feel her preciousness,
Her innocence,
And just breathe and be with her for a moment.
Now gently ask her how she is feeling right now and simply hold space and listen with care as she shares with you.
I offer you peace now.
Thank her for expressing.
And now ask her if there is anything that she needs or wants from you.
Or if there is anything else that she would like to share.
She may have some insight,
A message,
Or even a gift for you.
Take a few minutes here with her to feel,
Listen,
And receive.
