Welcome,
Friend.
My name is Tiffany and I am so honored you have joined me today.
In this meditation,
I will guide you to calm your mind and find a deep meditative state,
Allowing plenty of unguided space so that you can sink into the music and follow your own guidance.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath in,
In through the nose,
From the base of the spine,
Filling the belly,
The chest,
And the head,
And exhale it out through your mouth.
Again,
Deep breath in all the way from the base of the spine,
From the base of the spine,
Filling the belly,
The chest,
And the head,
And exhale it all the way out.
As you continue with this nice,
Long,
Even breath,
Begin to allow yourself to settle in.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Release your shoulders,
Relax your jaw,
And let go of any holding on in your belly,
Allowing your breath to be long and even,
Just letting any tension or stress drain from your body.
Breath in,
And breath out as you connect with your breath and release any stress or tension.
Allow your mind to quiet.
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,
And deep into the floor,
All the way in to the deepest part of the earth.
Breathing in that earth energy all the way up through the base of the spine to the crown of your head,
And exhaling it all the way back down.
Allow yourself to feel supported and held.
And now as you continue to breathe,
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Breathing in to the back of the heart,
To expand with every breath.
Allow yourself to walk down a spiral staircase within your heart,
Going deeper and deeper.
And step into your own inner sanctuary.
A place where all your answers lie,
A place of peace,
A place that is all your own.
Allow yourself to be here,
And let whatever is for you.
Today unfold.
Listen for the sound of my voice to pull you out at the end.
We'll begin to come back to your present space.
Come back to your own body.
Perhaps wiggling your fingers or toes.
Allow yourself to come back slowly.
Coming back to the door,
To your heart.
Coming back up the staircase.
All the way back into your present space.
Taking a deep breath in.
And sigh it out.
Bringing your hands together right at your third eye.
Pressing the thumbs into the third eye space.
And then bringing your hands down to your heart,
Bowing in.
