Transcript

Imagine a wild field,

Alive with flowers in many colors.

Breathe slowly and deeply,

And follow a butterfly,

Fluttering above the flowers.

As you exhale,

It chooses one flower,

Gently descends and comes to rest on it,

Connecting softly.

Repeat this a few times.

Each time,

The butterfly chooses a different flower.

Gently let go of this image,

And turn your attention inward.

Let the colorful flowers represent possible ways of being,

Whether in body or in spirit.

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Orientations,

Values,

Anything that can arise within you.

Now,

Choose one way that feels right to you.

Continue to breathe slowly and deeply,

And picture yourself living it,

And embodying it fully.

When you feel ready,

Repeat the process with another possible way of being.

An expression of your faith.
